Found de Phoenix definitely has the cool vibes from the foyer to the rooms. It's a casual, laid-back hotel with an industrial feel. The rooms have polished concrete floors which is fantastic if you're not into carpets like me. The bed is comfy and there is a seating area and table. It's roomy. Bathrooms reminded me of a locker room with the grey tiling with full size bathroom products for use. Free self parking located behind the hotel which is great. Staff at the front desk are very cool and chill. This is not a stuff corporate chain hotel. There are lots of fun quirks and touches in the rooms and main areas. And a lot of art on the walls.

Location is at the edge of downtown, so pretty quiet compared to the downtown buzz. Valet is only available on the weekends.

Beds comfortable, and the shower was super nice. Love the two shower heads and bench in there. The second room we stayed in was with a balcony and had a much better room layout than the standard king room.

The restroom sinks were kind of odd of half in the shower and half in the other side of the wall In the foyer. *poop shy couples beware* The rooms is also connected to other rooms with a door between the rooms. There is no sound proofing and you can hear everything the people in the next room are talking about and doing and visa versa. Kind lame that it’s a more expensive room than just a standard room and has that issue that we didn’t experience when staying in a room not connected to our tier Rooms.

Overall, good vibe. Excellent location downtown - right next to the park and light rail stop. The staff is super friendly and casual. Rooms have a cool industrial loft vibe - I really respect the fact that the furniture is all custom. Nothing else like it in PHX.

The rooms are starting to show age (especially in the bathroom). A few cracked tiles, stained grout, etc. Wasn't terrible but definitely looks a bit worn. We had a crummy room location (they said they were sold out). We overlooked the trash / storage area and there were bright lines shining into the room at night.

We enjoy staying in Phoenix for a couple of days when we attend an event. However, I’m really tired of the tiny little claustrophobic boxes that the other downtown hotels offer, so I decided to try the Found re: This hotel was delightful, fun, creative, and comfortable! First, I truly appreciated the balcony and the amazing view! Just being able to access fresh air in the room was huge. The bed is very comfortable and we slept very well and comfortable. There is art and creativity everywhere! From looking at the art while walking the hallways; thinking through how they designed certain things in the rooms, to the fun gift shop/restaurant and bar…it was such a fun and inspirational place to stay! There is a gallery, also, but we didn’t get to see it. The train was right there, providing easy access to Phoenix. The staff was friendly and welcoming! The hotel is right next to a huge park with a Japanese garden and walking trails, as well as the Irish Cultural Center and McClelland Library. It is pet friendly!

Nothing really, there were a few easy-to-fix maintenance issues, but nothing that caused inconvenience.

The location was right of the light rail which made it really easy to get to from the airport. There is a station right near the hotel. The hotel is very unique and the staff were friendly. I loved the room. It had a nice king bed and a really nice work space. I was there for work so I was able to work right in the room instead of finding a coffee shop. I also liked the room service for breakfast. You put it on your door the night before and the time and it shows up. The prices was really standard for a good breakfast and I enjoyed the meal.

I wasn't a fan of the resort fee in the winter time. I couldn't really use the pool so the extra money for a "free" coffee or "gelato" really wasn't cutting it for me. I do appreciate that Booking included that in my initial price though.

Beautiful location and very unique hotel. Restaurant and bar downstairs were awesome and the food was amazing.

The room was not very clean. The living room area was very run down and both couch and chairs were shredded up and dirty. Head board had so many nasty stains on it that was not inviting to sleep against. Put a towel over it when we slept. Shower drain was popped off and exposed the nasty open drain pipe.

The front desk staff members were friendly and engaging. The bartender (tall blond man) knocked my socks off by remembering that a wine I ordered the night before that was out of stock had come in the next day--brought the bottle to me! The Match Market Restaurant food was delicious, and the breakfast sandwich I ate on my first morning, while not exactly as described in the menu, was terrific and well-priced. The art displayed is unconventional and interesting; I bought a (very small) piece to take home.

The safe in the room did not work, even after the maintenance guy came up and worked on it. Although I realize those types of room safes are really not that secure when fully operational, I would have preferred to have the illusion of security afforded by a functioning device.

Great location for many downtown activities. Very clean, nice amenities, and quiet. Lights rail near by and Waymo driverless cars were quick and easy to get.

Black out curtain would not cover entire window, which made the room too bright. Most lights are super bright; wish more had a dimmer.

Exceptional staff working hard to making everyone’s experience perfect, I greatly appreciated walking into my room with the air conditioning on low since it’s so hot here in Phoenix

Nothing everything was perfect

Unfortunately I arrived late and checked out early. Personally I came because of the artistic and industrial vibe of the hotel. I do a lot of industrial style work with my business and it's nice to see that unique flavor in a hotel. I've submitted some sculptural art in the past for their annual juried exhibit but now se they tend to use more wall art than 3 dimensional pieces. The room was comfortable and I really liked the shared sink design. Overall I would stay there again when I come through town

My stay was too short. And for whatever reason, I felt the coffee maker in the room seemed out of place. It almost felt like an after thought in the design. Let's make a cool industrial style bed frame with an attached work desk and a cool arched overhead light. Oh wait, we should add a coffee maker but where should put it...how about on the table at the foot of the bed. This is such a minor thing, having a coffee maker is great. It would have been cool to have it on its own little industrial style drink cart or something and it would have kept the design flow better. But again this by no means is a negative. Just me thinking more artsy than anything.
