It was a very nice place to stay. Clean and comfortable. The staff is very gentle and even I got a little bag with some water and snacks for being a Hilton member. Yay! I used the shuttle service to go in the morning to the airport to get my rental car and the driver was very nice. I would stay again!

Some information on here in booking.com isn’t updated. The shuttle works from 6am- 6pm and in FAQs says until 12 midnight. The stay doesn’t mention breakfast but it is included. Cold items only.

Very comfortable room. Clean and quiet even though there were a lot of guests.

Not thrilled with a bagel bar for breakfast, but if improving the breakfast raised the price of the room I’d rather have the bargain in the room price.

breakfast was really good, staff was very helpful and friendly. I found someone's Mastercard on the 2nd floor balcony and turned it in to the night front desk person. Hope they got it back to the owner.

Our room key was deactivated every day and we had to go to front desk to get it reactivated. (annoying) There were kids running up and down the stairs and throwing a ball against the outside wall late at night. Front desk people took care of it though, so that was good. We would recommend this hotel to our friends. Great experience, not your fault about the kids, hopefully key card issue was a fluke. Thanks!!

Beautiful hotel just in the wrong location for us

Arrived at PHX and I wanted a hotel close to this airport not knowing there was another airport in Phoenix! So, when searching a location I would like area specific recommendations not ones that are 30 minutes away.

Our room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was not too bad, the toilet paper was a little too John Wayne for the more sensitive rear ends in my family. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the breakfast was off the chizzy. Seriously, top notch brekkie. The pool was busy the entire time we were there, and there's tons of stuff to do right in the area, as well as shopping for days if you are into that kinda thing. Would definitely stay here again.

Amenities are a little dated. i.e. the TV is basically useless.

The staff there is amazing. They are helpful & very kind! We appreciated the warm breakfast served on the weekend.

Could have been cleaner. Our air conditioner didn't work properly in our room and was exceptionally loud.

Furnishings were up to date, rooms were very clean, comfortable and spacious. Nice pool. Staff was over the top courteous and helpful. Prepared us a nice to-go breakfast because our flight left early in the morning.

Friendly staff, good breakfast selection, good proximity to food and Mesa airport, free airport shuttle if you schedule with front desk. Room was clean and good size.

Lighting in the room could be better. There was only one overhead light. There were a couple of lamps on the end tables and in the corner. If you turned every light on it was not too bad.
