Excellent breakfast. Other travelers' reviews tipped the scales when I was deciding between this property and another. My kids HIGHLY value a good hotel breakfast. This one did not disappoint. Hot, fresh food and plenty of variety. Apart from the breakfast, our stay was wonderful. The beds were SUPER comfortable and the bathroom was SPARKLING clean. There wasn't anything more we could have asked for. Thank you for a great experience!

Staff was excellent, breakfast was perfect, whole building was extremely clean. It was close to all we needed to see. Handicap room was accommodating.

Just two things: The room was too far from the elevator for handicapped persons. And the door to the room was way too heavy for people with disabilities. Loosen up the door closer on these rooms.

We needed a place close to the Mesa gateway airport and we were pleasantly impressed with the cleanliness of the room.

We were surprised that because I left a sweater lying on the top of the bed ~ the maid service did not make the bed. A note was left that they were not allowed to touch “anything of ours” and thus were not able to make the bed while we were out for the day.

For being pet friendly, this place was spotless! Absolutely clean and smelled brand new every single day. I’m always traveling with my dogs and I’ve been to some smelly hotels, so I will certainly be coming back! The staff was over the top helpful and very professional! Amazed with the quality overall for the price I paid, not to mention how much the free breakfast came in clutch!

It’s clean, neat and bright. The hotel room is spacious, mattress and sofa bed were very comfortable. We were amazed by the cleanliness of this hotel especially that we travel a lot within USA! This is a hotel level like hotels in Europe and Asia.

The breakfast! If one has traveled to Europe and Asia, american breakfast in hotels need lots to improve.

Chose it mainly because it was close to the Mesa airport. Upon arrival we were extremely impressed at the large room. Everything was so neat and clean. Very friendly staff checked us in and got us signed up for the shuttle. The shuttle was on time and driver very friendly.

A little pricey but we enjoyed our stay.

Newer building. Safe and secure. Check in was easy and there was someone at the front waiting for me when I arrived. The room was huge, the bed was more comfortable than my own bed at home. Everything was so nice and clean. The shower was spacious and had high quality bath products. The breakfast exceeded my expectations and I stocked up on extras. I wish I could've stayed more than 1 night. The price was lower than all of my other stays that week.

Wanted military discount they said we can have that because we went through booking.com my dad is 86 years old he never goes anywhere he was going to a funeral every little bit counts my mom died

You guys didn't have any transportation I called and said you have transportation from the airport to your to your hotel when my dad got there he was stranded for two two or three hours and the people at the hotel refused to go get them cuz it was too far like I said anything at a taxi wanted to charge him $80 and you can see he got off the plane at 4:45 but he didn't get to the room your hotel until after 6:00 or 7:00 I think you should give people a ride especially if they are only you guys not hardly doing nothing the bands just sitting there why can't you pick up someone whole thing is I called you guys I used your hotel you told me that you had transportation to the airport and you guys lied I didn't like that

This a reasonably new hotel and this was reflected in the decor and ambiance of the hotel. Everything appeared very fresh and clean. Breakfast was ok, just what would be expected at a Holiday Inn Express. Staff were friendly and gave great service.

Thought it was a little on the expensive side but maybe thats what I should have expected from an airport hotel.

The hotel was very clean and nice. Great location close to several restaurants you can go walking and pretty convenient close to the airport. Great hotel. I left so early in the morning so I could not have breakfast. I would stay again!
