This was a very nice hotel with staff that went all out to help us. The rooms were very nice and the area was easily accessible to may different food and entertainment options.

Booking sent in the reservation to the company's old computer system and our reservation couldn't be located upon our arrival. We had to wait several hours before the manager, who was off work and came in only to help us, was able to sort out the issue. I was also informed we over paid by a lot. This is very disheartening since I use this site for my company and to get the best deals.

All was fine at the location.

For whatever reason, I was unable to utilize my texting and making calls from my phone for out of area locations. I believe the entire area's infrastructure for cell towers is severely lacking. My personal opinion is, there was absolutely no forethought by the powers that be for the explosion in population that has taken place here in Pinal County to make sure the infrastructure was in place and capable of handling the massive explosion in population and home building that has taken place.

The location was close to a wedding I was attending. It was also extremely convenient for shopping and dining.

The tissue box/holder in our room was filthy. I picked it up to move it and it was covered in a sticky substance. The inside as well was full of unknown blue and yellowish stains. The cleaning staff saw it, moved it and never cleaned it. It makes me question the cleanliness of the rest of the room.

The staff were lovely. The Breakfast was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable.

The only issue was the pool. It felt a bit grimy but area had recently been through some type of a storm so I didn’t hold it that much against them. My partner on the other hand did seem to think even with the storm the pool seamed liked it hadn’t been properly cleaned for some time saying that the tiles had a film and were discolored.

Loved how close it is to everything. The breakfasts were superb. The staff was so accommodating.

There needs to be a chair or something to sit on in the handicap room 317. More than just the desk roll chair. Also, the shower is slick and needs a floor mat or something. That's why I gave a 9 star instead of a 10

loved the waffles, the restaurant has a nice selection of breakfast items to choose from.

when I checked in the lady tried to get me to pay full price telling me there were other fees I needed to pay. When I told her that I already paid she said it was a deposit. I showed her the booking confirmation and that it was paid and she still persisted I needed to pay again. I then pulled up my bank statement to show her it was paid and at that point she checked me. Don’t let the property scam you into paying more. Be sure to prepay on the app, had I have just reserved the room she would have charged me more.

The property and rooms were very good and the staff was great!

The breakfast was edible but the coffee in the rooms, in the lobby and in the breakfast room was the worst I’ve ever tasted. Please consider changing the coffee so it doesn’t taste like dirty water.

Breakfast was adequate, but very average. Hotel was clean and neat. Room was comfortable and towels were very good. Lots of hot water and the room was a standard hotel room. Hotel is not close to anything special. Was great for me close to my friends home.

Bacon and Eggs

Pillows need to be upgraded. Have been the worst I have ever had staying in a Hotel. Unable to locate staff when trying to check out. Tried checking out on App wouldn't let me. Waited 10 minutes for staff after searching. Left keys at front desk and left.

The location to the Memorial we were attending and to my cousin’s house.

We initially booked a double queen room. Our daughter was supposed to travel with us. After she canceled we called the hotel and had them change us to a King Room, which was available at that time, since we would be traveling alone. That was never done and when we arrived we were told we had a double queen room. That was very disappointing.
