Room was very nice and spacious. The bed was so comfortable.

Unfortunately we had to wait about 30 minutes for the room to be ready. When I went to check out this morning, there was nobody at the front desk. Sign was up stating that someone would be back shortly. I was anxious to get on the road, as I had a long drive ahead of me but it all worked out. Also, Went to get ice this morning only to find out there is no ice vending machine on the 4th floor. So I went down to 3rd floor, only to find machine was out of order. Finally got some on 2nd floor.

Room, breakfast, and location were all great!

Your hotel info says that you have airport shuttle service. I even stated that we would need shuttled to the Gateway Airport when I made our reservation. However, when we checked in I was informed that your shuttle service did not begin until 8 AM. This is not the kind of surprise we wanted the night before our early morning flight. We ended up having to get a Lyft to the airport. You need to be up front and honest with your potential guests. 😬

The bed. We had been awake for almost 24 hours. When I first sat on the bed I sunk comfortably sank into it. My guy friend said the same. We slept so well! When my daughter came to pick us up we insisted she sit on the bed too. She sat but them laidback and we could hardly get her OUT of the bed! Fabulous, really.

Not a darn things. Friendly staff. Wonderful room. Good breakfast, we’d missed dinner the night of my daughter’s college graduation.

Overall a great experience. The completed remodel of the Lobby and Breakfast area is very nice.

Not at complaint, but Room slightly smelled of wet dog, when arriving toilet flapper was hung open and running ( self corrected ) view out window was a stucco wall, barking dog next door and noisy teenage party in close vacinity.

The location works really well for us when we are visiting our family. Had breakfast in the hotel one day. It was pretty good, go to coffee with seriously lacking. Staff is good and knowledgeable and friendly.

I would have to say the one thing that was lacking, somewhat difficult to use, and then absolutely made a horrible cup of coffee. Those crappy coffee machines that you have in your room. I don’t know if I would really care what brand or style of coffee machine that you would use, but a good k cup style of coffee machine. For most people like myself a good cup of coffee in the morning is always a good way to start today. And as a visually impaired person, well, your coffee machine was terrible.

Breakfast was very complete, plenty of food options and easy to navigate. It was not over crowded, the coffee was hot, counters were clean, food was tasty. More than enough options to suit all people and their tastes.

It was a wonderful experience. You did a great job at customer service. There was no service to clean the room and provide fresh towels, but upon request they were provided.

A great facility with friendly personnel. We experienced two setbacks: 1) After 3 uses, we never managed to have the room keys/cards to work again. Employees were not able to fix the problem. 2) The body gel dispenser in the shower did not work. Everything else was very good!

The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. TV sound wasn't so good.

The breakfast food was too artificial and cheap. I'm not even sure if that was real food or chemicals.

The room seem very old and needed to be updated. We always stay at Hampton Inns when we travel and this one was far below the usual room The toilet was so low as was the tub. the wallpaper was peeling off the walls Only one sink to accommodate 2 guests. Chairs and rugs (sticky when you walked on them) were so old and outdated. microwave was hahaha very very outdated BUT, it was cleaned everyday.. the cleaning people were exceptional !

Nice location, bedroom is comfortable, bathroom with good size, no tub (fortunately!). Service room properly done, no complaints.

A little noisy coming from the close highway, you get used after some time. Typical Hampton breakfast, hard to get used to.
