The hotel is nice & clean. It's close to the Gateway airport, shopping, and lots of restaurants. The bed was comfortable. The room size was decent.

The shower has no place to sit any toiletries. It does have their pump shampoo, conditioner, and soap mounted to the wall, but if you want to use your own, there is no place to put them. You either need to sit them on the shower floor or on the counter outside of the shower, which would require opening the glass door to access.

Easy access to the airport, wonderful dinner options and cocktails available for purchase for reasonable prices. The bed was super comfy but I like soft beds. Love that you have to put the key into a holder to keep the lights on to ensure no electricity is being wasted.

No complaints regarding the property but would like to see breakfast included in this price point which I know is free for members of their loyalty program but because I used a 3rd party I did not receive any points or perks.

Close proximity to the Mesa airport, with hotel shuttle available 24/7. Hotel was very well kept, staff was excellent, room was clean, quiet, and well appointed. Heat and air conditioning worked well. Wide selection of TV channels. Had coffee maker and microwave in the room. Breakfast included but our flight was too early to take advantage of this and score. Check in and check out were quick and easy. Restaurant on site, but is only available for dinner. Golf course is next door and our room was overlooking the course. Pool on site was very clean and had a good number of lounge chairs around the pool. We were not able to take advantage of this and evaluate it further. If you want a different restaurant, there are none within easy walking distance. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone needing a stay with shuttle service to/from Mesa Airport. Bedding was clean and comfortable. One of the best hotels I've stayed in.

When I called the hotel directly, the price for a stay was nearly $70 higher than I got through booking.com.

We left too early to have breakfast. Loved the shower, liked having the sink and lighted bathroom area completely separate from the sleeping space. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious. The Chevron station next door made it very easy to refuel our rental car for return to the airport, and there are quite a few restaurants within 2 miles.

It would have been nice to have a mirror somewhere outside the bathroom, so that one person could apply make-up, do hair, or check clothing while the other person is using it. An optional nightlight in the bathroom would also be nice.

The location to the airport is perfect. It’s also so clean and the workers are so happy and kind. They are always willing to drive me to the airport in a moments notice and even if I forget to call the night before for a time they will hurry and get the van back to take me to the airport.

The location, the staff and restaurant.

The room walls are too thin. I could hear people talking on both sides of the wall. Could hear a dog barking in the room next to me at 2:30 in the morning. Hard to sleep with all the noise.

The breakfast was not complimentary but they had a nice variety to choose from.

The only thing I didn't like was not having a complimentary breakfast. Being that I was there for work and rushing out to meetings. I didn't have a time for a full meal till dinner. It would have been nice to grab a sausage, toast , OJ and run out to my meetings.

My daughter and I stayed here for a week during girls baseball tournament. All hotel stuff are nice and friendly including at the restaurant. The shower in our room had a trouble when we came back from games with soaking sweat but they kindly arranged another room for us to just take a shower. Restaurant was great and offer good food. It was super convenient that we can take out and dine in anytime. Much much better than cookie cutter trashy breakfast most hotels offer for free. I would rather pay for better meals in a morning like this restaurant offers. Had a great stay.

It had a pool with lawn chairs and towels. It was on a golf course, so hitting balls was available. There was breakfast service available and coffee. It provided a shuttle to the airport and was a few minutes away. The staff was very pleasant.

The cost.

Staff is friendly, easy communication. Like theres some food available and small bar. Airport shuttle is a plus, as is leaving your car there for short flights. clean nice rooms.

The free breakfast doesn't begin until 6am. A 5am Continental breakfast would be amazing for us early travelers to grab a quick bite.
