The room was nice & spacious. I like the full kitchen supplied with utensils, plates etc. Little 1 or 2 cup coffee maker was nice addition too. The breakfast options were great compared to other hotels. The 24/7 coffee, tea & hot chocolate in lobby, was also nice touch. Pool was good place to go to digress & stay cool in triple digit weather, when not indoors.

The cost of snacks or drinks in lobby were a bit ridiculous. Like the airports & quick stop stores. I do not think they need to be that high priced at hotel.

The different options that were available daily. One issue on some days the coffee wasn't hot.

The housekeeping. On days that they were supposed to clean they came in and just make the bed. I was also disappointed that my sheets were never changed and I had 2 stays in the same room. from 4th Dec - 10th then I requested to stay in the same room for my other booking from 10th-15th, which I thought at some time during my stay the sheet would've been changed. They also didn't sweep the floor in the bathroom or in the kitchen area and they didn't not even clean the face basin or the dishes in the sink one time. I left the dishes because I ran out of dishwasher liquid so I thought as housekeeping was coming in that day they would've taken care of it but they didn't.

Location was great, easy access to main routes. Room was a great size and very clean. Bed was incredibly comfortable! Outside patio was great and seating was very comfortable. Didn't use the pool, but it looked very inviting. Staff was always willing to hand out water whenever we needed it.

Breakfast bar could've been replenished better to keep things stocked and fresh until breakfast was over.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Had a nice breakfast every morning with alot of selections to choose from. Nice big bathroom towels.

The sofa sleeper (according to our granddaughter) was not good and not comfortable at all. Our queen size bed was not very comfortable either.

Place was so clean,bed comfortable, rooms well appointed with fridge, microwave, dishwasher , coffee maker etc. Good variety for free breakfast (waffles, eggs, turkey bacon,, kielbasa, yogurt, cereal, fruit, hashbrowns, toast, feta spinach pastry, oatmeal etc)

Water pressure in the shower was real low. The location of toilet paper rolls were back wrenching difficult to reach. Otherwise, other rooms were ideal, bed at a decent height.

Cleanliness of the facilities complied with my expectations.

More variety in the breakfast should be implemented. Having the same every single day is boring after a couple of days

Location was easy access. When you came into the lobby, you were met with a fresh smelling aroma, just smelled great. Breakfast was excellent also - lots to choose from. Bathroom Towels were nice and thick.

The bed in our room could use a new mattress.

The hotel appeared to be brand new. It was clean and the staff were very polite and friendly. The breakfast was amazing, probably the best I’ve in a hotel.

Nothing, everything was amazing!

The front desk staff were nice. There were no luggage carts in the lobby so one of them went looking for one and quickly had one for our use. We needed extra towels and one minute later we had plenty. Everyone one who worked there were pleasant to talk to and seemed to really like their jobs.
