Large room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, working AC and other basic necessities (hair dryer, iron, iron board). Also available to use (we didn’t) are washer and dryer and swimming pool.

On the morning we are leaving (oct 15) the young woman behind front desk shows her displeasure when she had to open the nearby restroom for is ( we had already returned the key to her room). Frowning is unnecessary. Otherwise all other front desk personnel are friendly and helpful.

Everything at the hotel was very good. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. I only interacted with one gentleman at the desk and he was helpful and friendly. Not a lot of extras but it was satisfactory for a one night stayl

There was nothing at the hotel I didn't like but the area was really lacking in dining and shopping. I came in around dinner time and really wanted to sit down and have a nice meal but I ended up hitting a fast food place and bringing it back to the room.

Very Nicely Remodelled and Upgraded .. Great Central Location. Price was phenomenal. Staff was ALL very friendly and accommodating. Pool and Hot Tub were clean and refreshing. Breakfast was delicious and nice in the morning. Property was well lit at night. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel was very quiet. Excellent place to stay for a week. I highly recommend this hotel and when I return to the area to visit this is where I will be staying.

I have no complaints or issues from my 6 night stay…

The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the jetted tub in the room ( presidential suite) Good customer service at the front desk. Loved the spacious room we had in the suite too.and everything was very clean! Vending machines close to our room. Would come back and get the presidential room again

More variety for breakfast would be nice There is no store in the hotel, and no store is located near the hotel either.

The hotel was small and that's good. There was less noise than with larger hotels. It was very clean. The spa and pool were in great repair. Morning breakfast was good. Lots of choices. The online photos show you exactly what you can expect.

Our room was almost perfect. We only had two problems. The first was the heater/air conditioner. It was loud. We got used to it. The second problem was the bed. Every time we moved the frame made crackling and scraping sounds that frequently woke us up. In addition, the pillows were not comfortable. We let the front office know that and they said they would check it out right away. The only other comment I'll make isn't the hotels problem. It isn't in the best part of town. If you're looking for an upscale neighborhood, this isn't it. However, it was close to where we needed to be.

I had a room where the AC was loud. I called the front desk and was told there weren't any other rooms available. I slept with the AC off that night and checked in the morning. the next morning the front desk clerk apologized and moved me to another room. she said that they should have moved me last night because that room was available.

Pleasant to walk into the lobby. ADA room just around the corner from lobby. Room was large, spacious, wonderfull bathroom with full roll in shower with easy slide barn door on the bathroom entrance. Bed was enormous, extra long and extra wide king, very nice! Air conditioning worked well and was fairly quiet. Room had 9 ft. ceilings and this made the room seem even larger. Slatted blackout window coverings worked just fine for us. Added bonus: they offered an unexpected cold breakfast of stuff like bagels, cream cheese, yogurt, fruit and other stuff. It was good.

This room was very comfortable and very clean. I was able to see my car from my window. I had good access to my room from were I parked my car. They do have a refrigerator and kerig but no microwave. The bed was okay. The pillows were fluffy. The shower had good water pressure and the water stayed hot the whole time. I had a really nice stay.

It would've been nice if the room had a microwave. The breakfast was okay. I don't eat a big breakfast so the options they had were good.

Convenient location for driving to my meetings. The bed was comfortable. They were generous with the k-cups in room. Housekeeping was excellent, cleaning and replacing towels each day. Desk staff very friendly.

I would have liked a little more variety for breakfast. I enjoy hotels that have a hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage. During the week, I had a hard boiled egg with peanut butter toast. My wife had an egg with bagel & cream cheese.

The property is clean and the rooms are spacious. The property is also close to alot of cool locations you can get to places like Scottsdale and Tempe in 15 minutes by car. All the room had a refrigerator which is do important for me because I’m diabetic. I would choose to stay here again
