The staff was polite and helpful. Always cheerful and engaging, and ready with the answers to my questions. I also give a shout out to the Manager of the property, Jeff. He is a person that comes across as one who actually cares about what he does. Which is a trait that is becoming harder and harder to find in an individual, in this day and age. It shows in the way he treats his Employees, who all seemed to like working for him. They were always cheerful , professional, courteous, to and helpful. Isn't that what Customer Service is all about? I pay attention to these things because, these things matter to me as a Customer. I stay at a lot of Hotels, and Motels for my job travels. So I have experienced a lot of different people in this industry. So I just wanted to give kudos to the ones that are doing a Great job. The ones that get it, and make a difference. Thank you Jeff, and your employees at Motel 6 Downtown Mesa, for making my stay extraordinary. You make a difference. 😃

The room was clean and very comfortable, was very accommodating when it came to choosing a good room and during check in. I will definitely stay there again.

People smoking pot on the property and no coffee available.

The refrigerator was too small for the number of days that I stayed but they did try to accommodate me. I just didn't like the other rooms that were available and my name on my receipt is wrong. The rude lady said that it was Booking error but I think it's their error because my correct name is on my credit card that I provide Priceline.

The rude lady in the office, I believe deactivated my access card because I asked to speak to her manager. It was inconvenient to go back to the office to rekey my card. Only one lady is rude. Others are kind and try hard to match me with a room that fits my needs.

I was in town just visiting friends. My needs we met, a close, clean place to just sleep and clean up for a reasonable rate.

I'm not sure if it was my phone or the net, but the screen to enter the Wi-Fi password wouldn't load. I wasn't sure if it was my phone or their network, so I did not contact the office for help.

honestly i was expecting it to be ghetto bc the outside looks really ghetto but the room wasnt bad at all. no crazies outside were encountered or anything. front desk staff was nice and helpful. i felt decently safe. id say i guess it was worth the money i paid, especially since it was easter weekend.

fridge was really small and barely worked, and the shower had mold in it.

Front desk had a lot of people coming inside ,customer demands . Customer at wrong property ,booked for wrong date and my reservation check in . All this happening and the ladies just knew what they were doing took care of everything I was very impressed. Thank you

Everything was fine to my knowledge I had no complaints whatsoever . Thank you for your hospitality . Talked to one maintenance guys who said he had pulled a double shift and was smiles all day long certainly lived doing his job . Showed professionalism through out the whole conversation .

Honestly I was a bit wary from the reviews, especially seeing as I was going to be staying for more than a day or two. I had a wonderful time! The room was clean and the staff was nice, everything was easy from check in to check out and I had no issues.

The door was a bit messed up at the bottom but it didn't really cause any issues other than making me wary.

Kristina on night shift was awesome. Made sure I had everything I needed. Went above and beyond what she should have done for a front desk person She made my stay worthwhile. Anything I needed for the room she was on it so thank you so much! Kristina.!!

Now that the one lady is gone off of the front desk during the day, the rest of the stuff is awesome

Kristi in the lobby did a great job of handling the situation when a lot of people were checking in at the same time. She acknowledged everyone there and let them know that they were going to be taken care of as soon as possible. She was friendly,professional and on top of the situation! I’ll be staying here again

Security guards were helpful and knowledgeable for the guests. Hospitality was up to par. When I stayed they were understaffed and training a bunch of new people. They had there moments but overall. I am satisfied with my stay would consider it again or suggest to others traveling

All the police presence it seems a little juvenile like recess in highschool. I understand that the neighborhood concern but keep them in the neighborhood not commercial property for God sake.
