We enjoyed the hot tub and that it was available and in working order. Your sister hotel in Yuma AZ did not have the hot tub working let alone water in it. We were told it has never been filled since they opened it and was too expensive to run even tho it is listed in their amenities. They also said it was unlikely the hotel we booked in Mesa would have theirs working either!! I was delighted not only to see it working but it also had a disability chair available to those who need one! Your employees were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

There was an overflowing trash can in the lobby next to our door entrance during our 2 day stay. I had a concern which looked like blood entering the elevator from the 3rd floor and exiting the main floor was clearly blood visible. I did call the main desk about my concern but no one thought of its importance being a blood born pathogen to have it urgently removed while others had to still use the only elevator available, especially for the disabled.

I did see the bad reviews when I booked the room but I can't say I share the same review. I had no problem there I like the room it was clean and I would stay there again. It was all very relaxing. Will book here again, and right there at the 60, getting on the freeway was a breeze.

There are two days I stayed there was awesome.

It’s right by the freeway. Everything was in close proximity. Convenient

The only thing I didn’t like was some of the neighbors were bumping loud music, but other than that, the stay was great

We got a handicap room which was nice and we all slept well while we were there and we went swimming but no matter where your at always be aware of your surroundings

The rooms were clean and the beds were cozy

Comfortable bed to sleep on and AC had me freezing. Great for the price.

You could get some sketchy people and some yelling sometimes, but management handles it quick.

I like the fact that there's no deposit. And the best part is they still offer smoking rooms. It's cleaner than the Chandler location and they charge $150 and low key takes it if they see you smoke outside. So this is very important to me. I don't have money like that to give away. Every nonsmoking hotel does this to me.

I dont like being bothered before check out. I don't like they at my door knocking at 10. And keep knocking all the way up till 11. And people digging in the trash looking for blues on foils, that needs to be addressed. That doesnt look good for any place. But other than that I have good things go say.

Staff just made me feel safe. I have CPTSD, so I can be really reactive ina fragile state. These peope vmade me feel sane in a moment of true darkness

Just had my time to relax without getting bothered

I forgot that they do not have a laundry room to do my laundry other than that it was good

great location great room loved the affordability felt safe

having to do 3 U-turns to get into the parking lot. Haha
