Location was really great. I booked based on proximity to a venue, come to find out there are a ton of restaurants and even a Fry's grocery & gas station all within walking distance. We were in and out of the hotel for a wedding we were attending and preparations for it, so we didn't get to utilize all the services (like breakfast) but it felt amazing to come back to a super comfortable bed at the end of each day. Room was one of the more spacious king sized rooms I've been in and everything was clean in the room and around the property. The staff that I interacted with all were very friendly, as well.

The Country Inn was very nice. Clean, the suite was large, had a refrigerator and sink unit. TV's in livingroom and bedroom. King size bed was comfortable. Nice breakfast area, clean. Tiffany & Chris kept it fully stocked, & cleaned. Shuttle bus will take you to stores, etc. In a 5 mile radius. Chris drove me to Target and picked me up in an hour...needed supplies for our 8 day stay.

No supplies with the kitchen sink unit except dish detergent...no sponge, towel/roll of paper towels. The shuttle service starts at 6 AM -11 PM for the airport. Our flight was at 7 AM at Phoenix Gateway. Decided to take the 11 PM shuttle and stay overnight at the airport. Got in shuttle only to find out they only go to the Mesa/Phoenix airport. No one mentioned that when I made the shuttle reservation that they don't go to Gateway! Fortunately, the shuttle driver called another employee, Tiffany, and asked if she would take us. She was a life saver!!! Drove us to the airport and even gave us hugs while dropping us off! We are in our 80's...she turned a stressful situation into a pleasant one. Thankful for Tiffany!

the location is great, the room is nice. The hot tub was nice, the pool could have been warmer. Breakfast was good, but I wish there were more protein choices, as a diabetic I have to limit the carbs.

The first night every time we stepped into the hallway and the entry area it smelled like smoke, like some one had just had a smoke break didn't air out and ran back inside and breathed out all the smoke they had just inhaled. I am allergic to it and have breathing problems. When pulling back the bed sheets I found a bug. It may have been just a small fly but we couldn't tell as I killed it as soon as I found it. I didn't find any more in the bed. The pillows are tiny in the bed, you have to be kidding, they are square. The ones before where regular sized. We use kind sized pillows at home, and usually bring them with us on trips.

Location is great. The bed is very comfy the sofa bed was decent. And their coffee was good.

They only give you 1 extra pillow for the sofa bed. Phone wasn't working so I have to go down and ask for it. They said they will deliver along with 1 towel coz they shorted us 1 but never got it. There was a leak on the fridge that run across the floor going to the restroom. They charge me upfront for incidentals $20 when I booked it and charge me again the second one at check in time. I didn't find out until I checked my charges and when I did I went down and told the lady upfront and she said that she will tell her manager. I hope I get my $40 back.

The room was nice, the breakfast was good, the pool was almost too warm, they had the aerator going but with no shade it was hit in and out of the water. The pool view room, well it had a seperate entrance to the area the pool was at, but you could not see the pool from where it was.

The pillows. We both didn't like the tiny pillows, the bed was pretty comfortable. We ended up stopping off at home and getting our own pillows as we were just a few miles from home on a weekend getaway from the kids.. I also hated that the smoking area was right by the pool, with a gate there the wind carried all the smoke right into the pool area, leaving me struggling to breath, while being in the no smoking area.

Breakfast was very good. We had many choices and it was always hot eggs and bacon was excellent. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff was helpful. The Mexican restaurant was excellent that was next to the hotel. We didn’t get a chance to try the tepanyaki /sushi restaurant because it was always full.

I made a couple of comments about the vending machine not working and they came and plugged it in. It was so noisie that we unplugged it. They came a second time and plugged it in and it was quiet for a bit but started up again. It may need to be replaced. The ice makers on two and three did not work so we walked up to four and got ice.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff - lobby and breakfast area neat and clean - nicely designed room - quiet - great continental breakfast - enjoyed pool and hot tub area - outdoor areas neat and well maintained - lots of restaurants nearby

Room was not cleaned until requested on the 4th day of our stay - sink looked broken and unclean but turns out it was scratched and stained (not that big of a deal) - no towels in pool area - two of the four exercise machines in exercise room did not work and no cleaning towels available to clean equipment after use

The staff was very pleasant n helpful. Outside pool area very nice. Shuttle service was very nice. Beds definitely comfortable n pillows.

The lights n room kept coming on during night. The TV were to small for when lying n bed you couldn't see it if your laying down definitely to small. Toilet seat was coming off n we had to call maintenance couldn't get TV to work took him a bit to fix but very friendly. Was a little pricey.

The Staff was friendly and Jasmine the front desk was very kind and was very helpful and getting me checked in and checked out of my room the first night, then got me checked back in right away for my second night . The Breakfast was good too, clean Hotel, my rooms too were nice..

The bathrooms were nice, but the showers could be upgrade nicer to fit the rooms, being nice and tv was difficult to operate and work, but really didn't need that though..

Location was perfect for us, always plenty of parking but this was in Sept, so not a busy time. Which we liked. Very quiet. Loved the breakfast. Very good, good variety, excellent staff. We booked a suite and really enjoyed the extra space. Highly recommend a suite if staying for more than a night or 2. Good value for the money. Felt like home.

The ice machine right next to our room was out of order. Would have been so much easier if it worked. Had to go to another floor to get ice. I'm sure it will be fixed soon. The chair in the living area needs some attention. It did not deter from our enjoyment of the room. Or affect our overall stay. Just a suggestion
