We went during 105+ temperatures and one of the reasons I chose this hotel was that they had a pool. When I arrived we were told it was pretty warm and few used it. We checked it out and it was fine for us! There was hardly anyone else there and it was a lovely way to cool off.
I thought there may be a parking fee but not $39 per night. The rooms weren’t cheap, I had hoped the parking might actually be included. Luckily, we found an underground lot nearby that was $16 for 24 hours. We took the car out once in 4 days so it sat safely in the lot. We never ate or drank there realizing extras would be expensive. Since it was well located, we had many options to choose from.

This hotel is located near my folks' residential living complex and I liked that it was walking distance to their location. It is also a newer hotel in the area so the rates haven't reached the Westin or Hilton rates - yet (I am sure that is to come). The room was very comfortable, the bathroom amazing and the fridge a wonderful addition to the room. The rate includes a resort fee so I requested the sleep amenity thinking it might have some soothing essential oil or a sound machine but it was just an eye mask and ear plugs - which was nice to have but does it qualify as worthy of a resort fee? I'm not sure. I loved the water that was provided every day and the coffee was fantastic. The staff were all very friendly.
More clarification of the nightly $100 deposit that is required (returned if not used). I have no problem with the deposit, I just wish I had known about it when I booked, not when I checked in. I was fortunate to not have to use the valet service - at $39 a night, it's a little steep.

This is a very nice, comfortable hotel. I think it's new, and everything is nicely designed. The housekeeping is great. The only thing that I do not understand is why nobody invested in sound proofing. You can easily hear neighbors from either side of your room, people in the hallway, and the street. The noise level was some of the worst I experienced. Given the price point, I think this is a major downside to this particular property.

The staff was extremely kind and professional. Mrs. Sylvia in housekeeping is the sweetest lady as well as the rest. The food tasted amazing. Big props to the chef. The chicken tacos are stellar. The hotel is beautiful and it always smelled so nice. Thank you for a great stay.
Although everything inside the location was fantastic, the location is a little hectic to get it. I'm not sure where we would park, so we have to pay for valet, which is $39 a night. Food is a bit expensive. These were the conversations amongst the guests I interacted with.

The location was very convenient and the most of the staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. McKenzie the Room Director was ultimately the deciding factor for us to stay at this Hotel, she was very professional, nice and accommodating during our phone conversation prior to our arrival. Kevin at the front desk was extremely helpful and a just all around pleasant person to meet.
In all fairness there may have been a couple of new front desk girls that weren't initially helpful but maybe after they have more training things will be better. So on my next visit if they are there I can better determine that. The only thing I didn't like was completely out of the Hotel's control was the late night engine revving or drag racing outside that was going on all the way up til 2am made it very hard to sleep.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the newly opened hotel located near Arizona State University (ASU). As a frequent traveler, I was excited to experience the charm and convenience of this brand-new establishment. Overall, my stay was delightful, with the hotel exceeding my expectations in many aspects. Allow me to share my experience and provide an honest review of this new gem. Location and Accessibility: Situated in close proximity to ASU, the hotel offers unparalleled convenience for visitors seeking to explore the campus or attend university events. The nearby transportation options and easy access to major roads make it a breeze to travel to and from the hotel. Additionally, the surrounding area boasts a variety of dining and entertainment options, ensuring that guests will never be short of things to do. Ambiance and Decor: The hotel's interior exudes a modern and sophisticated ambiance. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was impressed by the contemporary design and tasteful decor. The attention to detail in the furnishings and artwork created a welcoming and stylish atmosphere. The overall aesthetic perfectly blended elegance with comfort, making for a truly pleasant stay. Accommodations: The rooms at this new hotel are spacious, well-appointed, and thoughtfully designed. The comfortable beds provided a restful night's sleep, and the amenities met all my needs. The attention to detail was evident, with modern technology seamlessly integrated into the room's features. The cleanliness and upkeep of the accommodations were commendable, further enhancing the overall experience. Service and Staff: The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. From the warm welcome at check-in to the efficient room service, I felt well taken care of at all times. The staff members were knowledgeable about the area and readily provided recommendations for local attractions and restaurants.

I had a great stay at the Omni Tempe. The staff was very kind and helpful, the rooms were clean and very well set up, and I loved the location for finding good meal spots and walking parks. It was so convenient to be staying at the same hotel as the conference I was at. I also enjoyed the rooftop bar and the outside patio of the first floor restaurant. I didn't have time to enjoy it, but the pool was also very beautiful.
The only thing that I didn't enjoy was the fact that it seemed like the first floor smaller restaurant that had coffee and pastries didn't seem to be prepared for the fact that there was a conference going on. We waited in line a very, very, very long time and they were running out of most everything. The employees were doing their best, but they really could have been better prepared and staffed. The conference started at 9, and I know there were people that made it late to the conference because they were waiting for their drinks to be made. That seemed to be a big fail on the part of that restaurant.

We absolutely loved our stay! The room was spotless and modern, with incredibly comfortable beds and pillows—it had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The food at the restaurant was tasty and reasonably priced, making dining convenient and enjoyable. A special shoutout to Jake at the front desk—he was exceptionally helpful and welcoming, which made our experience even better.

Staff were all friendly and helpful! The location on Mill/edge of campus is great with lots of walkable food options. The rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. There are filtered water/ice stations on every floor which is great!
Hallway noise (doors opening and closing, people talking). Valet parking is $39/night. There is no other parking option. They do a good job though and were prompt in grabbing our vehicle.

Comfortable and spacious renovated room, very convenient location Downtown Tempe. Nice with the spacious desk and table. I was given a very noisy room upon check-in and appreciated that the front desk staff accepted to move me to a quieter room.
Sound insulation in the rooms could be improved, both towards neighboring rooms and corridor. Late check-out was not available for my stay.
