The rooms are lovely. We especially like the door between the bathroom and the bedroom. The robes are a great touch. It is very comfortable to have the living space and a separate bedroom. The breakfast and cocktail hour are such a bonus and one of the reasons we booked at the hotel. The hot tub and pool, just what we wanted.

We had 2 beds in our room. We planned on only using one bed. However, when I got into bed there was something that scratched my leg. So, I pulled back the top sheet and comforter, to find a piece of plastic that had adhesive on it the stuck to the sheet. Then I moved to the other bed and when my husband joined me it was evident that the mattress wasn’t firm enough that one rolls to the center. Otherwise, very comfortable bed.

Location location location perfect place to chill! Rooms were big and very clean

Construction was going on at property and was sometimes loud.

The breakfast was amazing as well as the lunch and evening social hour .!

Room could use some updates

The breakfast being included and the options were fabulous! The staff was great and always happy and willing to help! Loved the location and ability to walk places! The pools and pool areas/entire outdoor ambiance and landscaping were beautiful!

The rooms were a little dated/dark feeling but still comfortable and clean. Wish the bars by the pools were open. We only saw the front bar by the breakfast area open twice during our week stay.

Foremost, the key cards actually work! Nice room layout with lots of space. Happy hour reception was fun and breakfast options were plentiful. Great location with grocery stores down the street and easy navigation to anywhere in Scottsdale.

I found only one ice machine in the entire resort -- it was pretty far from the room. Bathroom door was difficult to close. Elevator was under repair, but a second elevator was just a few steps away. I stayed during an insanely busy weekend and parking was a challenge.

Great location and good breakfast for being complimentary. Loved the made to order omelets and fresh fruit. Also loved the pool area and it wasn’t too busy, plenty of chairs.

Elevator was slow(one was broken). It wasn’t a big deal since we were just on 2nd floor and took stairs. AC was really loud when it kicked on and room smelled kinda musty.

Location was ideal. Daily breakfast was very good. Trusted Embassy brand.

Building is showing its age, and needs to be updated on the exterior. White siding, especially near the outside of rooms, needs to be power washed. Elevator closest to my room was “temporarily out of service”. Be interesting to know how many days before and how many days after this elevator remains “temporarily” unavailable.

Breakfast was excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable. If you value a good breakfast, choose hotels with a full restaurant and proper kitchen -this one has both and truly delivers.

The restroom had a sliding door that didn’t close properly -definitely not ideal if you’re planning to summon angels with trumpets and horns.
