The Inn is in a nice quiet location, our bed was very comfortable. Our room was spotless. There was a fridge, microwave & coffee maker :-) The breakfast was wonderful, hot food was fresh and served up by a sweet lady who kept everything in order. We enjoyed our one-night stay here and would recommend highly. The parking lot in back was behind a locked gate, the extra security was nice.

Great location. It's off the main road and can't miss the big sign, on where to turn. Alisha at the front desk was polite and greeted with a smile. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great (water pressure a plus)!

Had to swipe many times for door to unlock. Desk lamp not working. Bathroom counter was very low (I did not book a handicap accessible room either).

Room was clean and well appointed. Front desk staff Alicia was wonderful. She asked about Best Western Rewards membership and applied my stay. None of the other Best Westerns asked and I didn't think about it until this stay. Alicia called ahead to let me know there was an issue with my card, which allowed me to take action before arriving at the hotel. She even provided a list of local restaurants and her recommendations for places to eat. I requested a first floor room (so we didn't have to schlep upstairs and could park right outside the room for easier loading/unloading) and was accommodated. Parking for the back of the building is gated (they give you the code) which makes it feel more secure and more like a resort. Pool looked decent and clean (not open due to the temperature still in the 60's). There is a fitness center. Ice and vending centrally located on the back side of the building. There is an elevator. If you want something more for breakfast, Denny's is literally next door. They offer a 10% discount, just show them your key card. AC worked well. Flooring is wood laminate which I prefer over carpet.

Nothing. Our stay was great. Would recommend to anyone staying in Globe. Good location to food, right off the 70 close to historic area.

close to everything. nice big bed & walk in shower.

the shower was what really sold the room but when taking a shower there was no where to place your soap so you can wash yourself. there needs to be some sort of shelf built in the wall and a seat or bench of some sort would make that stand up walk-in shower great! I also believe I may have left a few things behind in the room but didn’t realize until I got home so not to hear from them was kind of a bummer. 3 snap back trucker hats & a hoodie. part of traveling though so it is what it is at this point.

too short a time period ; missed it

Inexperienced receptionist! Couldn't find my reservation! Not smart enough to realize that it was listed under my first name, rather than my last. I had to go out of my way to contact booking.com and have them call her and find it. Coffee maker didn't work No bathtub not enough blankets

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Location is excellent. Would stay again.

Having to stand at a counter to order breakfast and have it be somewhat mediocre. Eggs were looking like drywall spackle. Bring back the roll top buffet style food bins where we can dish our own food out and use real eggs.

We went to a wedding at Waggin Winery right across the street about a minute walk from the hotel. Room was clean staff was very nice. Breakfast was good. Will definitely stay here again if we’re are ever in Globe again.

The Pool was nice and clean as well as our room. Staff was very friendly.

The Staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. Mark, Alicia and Alyssa deserve special recognition. The Room and property is very clean, Cudos to the Maintenance team.

Although the bed was very clean and comfortable,the bed support structure was Motel 6 uality and technology.

It was an older property but off the main road. The door was on the exterior of the building but that was kind of a good thing because people were not running up and down the hall ways.

Not much for breakfast.

Food and service was excellent. Linda cooked for us and made my wife feel very special. Alyssa was so helpful as we were signing in and gave us information about the town.

It's understandable but the pool and hot tub were closed because of the cold weather.
