The Travel Inn in Springerville offers great value for the price. The room is spacious with a table for dining, a comfortable bed, and a large fridge that easily accommodated all the drinks we brought. The satellite TV was a nice touch, and overall, the room provided a cozy and convenient stay. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable option.

Indifferent desk staff.possibly a language barrier. I was double charged. Th staff member was less than helpful. Booking didn't seem to follow up on my request to look into it. I had to go to the credit card and stop payment on the double charge amount.

The office staff was super friendly. The restroom appeared to be recently remodeled, It was very clean and modern looking. When staying away from home, I often do not sleep well on the first night. This was not the case here, the bed was very comfortable and I slept through the nite.

No fault to the hotel as I’m sure they haven’t seen the cigarette burns on the comforter, but to a previous guest and their carelessness with a cigarette.

The flooring was very dirty. It seems like every since these motels went to a hardwood style floor that they never take the time to mop them. Also the noise coming from footsteps upstairs was annoying. It didn’t look like our toilet had been cleaned before we arrived either. The bed was very comfortable. The price was decent and the location was good. Just step it up on the cleaning

Our didn’t have an iron, so I called and asked for one and almost as soon as I hung up, there was a knock at the door with an iron. I wasn’t even dressed yet it was so fast! Also it’s clear it was recently renovated, I honestly expected a dive, but the rooms were surprisingly nice.

Beds were a little firm, I didn’t sleep the best. Also the parking lot was really strange.

No tv remote in room, breakfast a bit underwhelming and marked parking spaces very narrow

The room was well equipped, had everything. Being on the edge of town, it was quiet and had a magnificent view across green pastures to the mountains. The TV programming was quite good, but I was most impressed by the quality of the high-speed internet (there are 5 routers on the property, one right above me.)

I go barefoot indoors and noticed the floor was a little gritty, There were also a few small bugs that came in under the door. but they were of harmless species and no big deal. It's Arizona. The continental breakfast was pretty boring.
