Easy to get to. Quiet, even though close to a busy interstate. Spacious room. In-room Keurig coffee maker. Strong and stable wi-fi signal. Good number and placement of power outlets.

The smoke detector in the ceiling blinked every few seconds without cessation all night long. The bedside alarm clock, which we didn't use, was not reset to off by cleaning staff, so the alarm went off at midnight. And the room refrigerator made a vibrating noise as it cycled on and off that was disturbing. The bed was a little too lumpy for my liking, while the pillows were too thick. The room rate was relatively high for this type of hotel.

The location was perfect for quick access from freeway especially if tired because of driving. The room was extremely clean and comfortable with great space. Bathroom was extremely roomy as well.

I didn't get to enjoy the room very long since I was trying to avoid a severe storm the was approaching.

Breakfast was good, plenty of options. The location was decent, not too far off the freeway.

When I booked the room, I booked a double queen. I got to the hotel and they put us in a single king. We had to switch rooms, no big deal. Unfortunately, they put us in a handicap accessible room. The only real complaint is the shower in the bathroom was a pain, sprayed all over the floor.

Everything! The kitchen staff and fri t desk accommodate us quite well! There was a tornado an hour after my arrival! I was in town for a baby shower for my niece first child and hotel allowed us to have it there! I was very impressed with that and very appreciative! They need bonuses l! They went above and beyond to accommodate every guest after that horrific tornado

Great hotel off the highway. Staff very helpful. Recommend the Old Sawmill cafe for dinner. Home style cooking which was great after eating on the road for 12 days. breakfast at hotel was best we have had in a long time.

Very clean dining area. Choice and quality of food is like most 2-3 star hotels today. But they did include yummy cinnamon rolls, that I have never experienced anywhere.

The people next to us were very loud around 10:00.

The breakfast could have been better. Not fully cooked.

Didn't like that they took the payment before check in. I was not going to use the card that I reserved the room with. Then it was going to take 5-10 days to reverse it. The lady said they changed the policy a week ago as far as taking the payment. I was not notified and then took an additional 10.00 for incidentals. To me that's unauthorized.

Clean and comfortable room. Great breakfast with friendly and kind staff.

The check in person was slow, unprepared and not friendly. As the first introduction to the hotel the check in person should be more inviting and professional.

I absolutely loved my stay! I will definitely be staying at another in the future!

The breakfast. The waffles were ok. The oatmeal was pasty. The eggs were rubbery and so was the sausage and it was cold.

The staff is always friendly and accommodating. They serve a hot breakfast every morning that has several options. That is a plus so if you need to leave early you can eat before head and they have a carry out bag if you need to take something for the road.
