Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed, AC worked well, laundry facilities worked well, decent shower, easy and safe parking, and good location. Although almost a dozen young people were staying when we were there, it was pretty quiet, too.

The whole place was on that edge between being clean, but just being a bit old. However, for the price and location, it was a solid basic hotel that's just fine for a few nights.

We booked an ADA room because my wife uses a wheelchair. The room was spacious, and the bathroom had a roll in shower which was easy for my wife to get around. We had a very pleasant stay in a quiet location.

The breakfast consisted of just cereal and waffles which is not a fulfilling breakfast. There was no coffee maker in the room even though it did state there would be one. There was coffee and hot water in the lobby you could get at any time.

The property is older but it is on the main highway and has good drive up appeal. The property and room was very clean. It is right next door to McDonalds so I was happy because I love their coffee. The bathroom fixtures are older but still in working order and clean, which is most important for me. I can be a snob sometimes but it far exceeded my expectations for this area and based on previous comments. They did have a simple/light breakfast but we did not stay for that. When my husband stopped at the desk and asked for more coffee pods she gladly loaded him up for 4-5 more. The staff was friendly and I would recommend this property if you are in need of a room in this area.

There was nothing that I didn't like. The property exceeded my expectations.

I booked several rooms for my daughter's wedding. The staff worked with me on the reservations, and even when we had extra guests arrive. I believe a total of 7 rooms. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were extremely nice and clean. The hotel is right off the hwy with esay access. I will definitely be using it again for any of my family events when they come to town!

They are in the middle of renovations so that was a little loud at times, but having stayed here prior to reno, the improvements are wonderful!

No stopper for the tub. I have an autistic grandson who can't shower due to sensory issues. We improvised and stuffed a washcloth in the drain, lol.

It offered a good place to stay for the night. That was all. Staff was nice and friendly.

The facility needed a lot of maintenance. It had just changed owners. It had not been maintained.

The location was great. The rooms was clean no bugs everything worked in my room. The cleaning staff cleans when you smell clean products like bleach lysol that gives me a better feel about a place.

The only thing I didn't like was the 1st night someone was in their car on the phone with it loudly coming threw the speakers

Staff was very friendly and the housekeeper Effie was awesome. She made my room so fresh and clean.

We love staying here! This is a half-way point for us from home to Gulf Shores so it is perfect for us! I have seen several reviews complaining about breakfast and I just want to mention that the change in breakfast to a take and go snack is not only on the website when booking, but on the email they sent AND there is a large note concerning it in the lobby. They have, in my opinion, go above and beyond to ensure guests are aware of the new policy.
