Older but very well maintained motel, very clean, comfy beds, great hot water and water pressure, awesome pool and awesome family who own it. Is it the Ritz? No, but you aren't paying Ritz money either. People who nitpick the corners and judge every thread on the towels - this place isn't for you. Leave this place for those of us who are real humans, with realistic expectations, who are in Mtn View - not to stare at the paint job on the walls (although it's great) but are here to enjoy the food and music and shopping. You cannot find a cleaner, more comfortable value in town.

Taking in consideration the age of the facilities it is a very good place to stay. Clean and everything worked properly. Staff is friendly but probably wouldn’t put up with any nonsense and that’s good.

Some of the Bath towels were really showing their age. Not a complaint just sharing information, Dogwood is not within walking distance to town square.

Clean, comfortable room with handholds in shower and near toilet. The beds were very soft and there were lots of outlets- USB and wall- available to charge any electronics. Owners were friendly and efficient. Shower head and sink were low for my comfort (5'10) but would be a good height for shorter people.

Nice owners, family run motel; comfy bed. Nice hot shower, large closet. Absolutely LOVED the abundance of outlets. Sorry I did not get to use the pool. Parking is in front of each unit. Easy access to the attractions in Mountain View. I spoke to DC, the owner about the lack of grab bars in the tub, and he said that he had a shower chair I could have used (wish I had known). He also said he would look into adding some grab bars to some of the rooms. We liked the small table with chairs that was in the room.

Just the fact that there were no grab bars in the tub.

The staff were phenomenal. They really seem to care about their customers and went out of their way to ensure that we had a great visit.

The lock was very difficult to use and the rooms are definitely budget. That being said, everything worked well and was in good order.

I like to stay locally and the owners are always onsite. .. such a sweet little family. They are always very helpful and accommodating.

The swimming pool is next to the main road, so there isnt much privacy. I would suggest some privacy strips for the fence.

Hot showers were a must, and they complied to them! Beds were comfortable, and microwaves, coffee, and small fridge/freezer combo was an excellent bonus. Thank you for having last minute availability!

Such a friendly atmosphere. The rooms were spotless, clean, and cozy. Excellent location. The owners are very nice people. We will definitely be back.

I enjoyed my stay. Everything was great. Staff was very nice and helpful. I stayed here during the eclipse, so pricing was a little high, but that’s understandable.

I was very satisfied.

Very clean and well kept, plenty of parking close to your room. TV with plenty of different channels to watch. We were really satisfied.
