Wow! This place was a hit! Check-in was a breeze as was check-out. The location? Absolutely spot on. The bedrooms were so spacious and comfy, you might just lose your way to the bed. The master shower? You could host a small party in there—5+ friends if you're feeling adventurous. They had plenty of supplies: soap, towels, detergent—you name it. Oh, and the pièce de résistance: teeny tiny salt and pepper shakers that I only discovered right before we left. Everything was in tip-top shape. Our view of the golf course was splendid, and it was just a quick jaunt to one of the pools. We stuck to that pool and didn't venture to the bigger one, so no comment there. Mini golf was a blast, and the workout facilities were top-notch. Everything worked like a charm, including the air conditioner, which I was worried about because Arkansas in the summer is like living in an oven set to 10,000,000°. But it kept us cooler than a polar bear's toenails. In case you’re wondering, 13 minute drive to the marina. Zero complaints from us. We will return.

Location of condo close to cool pool..easily accessible,quiet,parking was good. This was our 2nd yr staying & this unit was even better than last yr. Nice deck to cook fish on. Kitchen stocked with necessities. Plenty of towels

The only thing wrong with our condo was on the last night of our stay I went to wash clothes in the small stackable washing machine & didn't realize/couldn't see there was water already in the tub of the washing machine. Thankfully the dryer worked so we could dry the clothes. Also we had to close off some vents in the living room bc it wouldn't stay cool in the 2 bedrooms. THANKFULLY the AR humidity was low this past weekend.

We absolutely loved out weekend in the Bay! The views are amazing and the people just the same! Wanna give a shout out to a couple people for helping us this weekend. Wish the activities were open longer in the evenings everything shuts down so early you don't have time to enjoy everything.

Loved the condo!! We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. Clean and spacious! Perfect for our family of 4! Staff was very helpful and sweet! Would definitely stay again and recommend anyone to go stay and check it out for yourself!!

Only thing we didn't really like is that there's not a lot around really. But still plenty to do. You can hike, fish, swim, golf, mini golf, bowl, and more.

The property was very clean. There wasn’t very many people there. I think they had all canceled because of the weather.

They really had a bad hole in the parking lot. I lost a tire in it. I feel like they should’ve had some sort of safety guard there.

The kitchen was spotless and had all the basic dishes you need. The cool pool was the best! The whole family loved it! The whole resort was very clean. The whole townhouse was spotless, washer and dryer available. The air-conditioning was superb! It is a very nice place, just seemed to lack things to do.

There weren't very many if any, other families there. Seemed lonely unless you were at the cool pool. The streets were not very well marked and easy to get turned around. Hiking Sugarloaf Mountain and seeing the JFK Memorial Dam is in Heber Spring about 45 minutes away. I think the queen size bed would be better upstairs. As a parent, I want to be by the front door. Also, no shower downstairs. There were no shops to visit on the property. Easy to get convenience store-type things and Dollar General. I enjoy visiting shops and boutiques owned by local individuals when I travel.

I liked the bathtub looking over the trees and the super comfortable bed the best. The back porch was nestled in the trees and you could not see your back door neighbors. The place was super clean, and the ice maker was hard working. I liked that they use refillable containers for the shampoo, conditioner, soaps, etc. to reduce plastic waste.

Location is amazing, once you get there. Small condo villas keep pools and roads from being busy. Everything I needed was in the community. We even had a spa day at another location. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make it a great stay.

The only drawback is the long car ride there.

View from condo was beautiful-unit was clean and we had everything we needed. Was super excited that is was SEC tournament weekend and the TV had SEC channel. That was an extra bonus.

Condo needs to add at least one more chair or recliner in the seating area. We were fine since there was only 2 of us but it was a 2 bedroom unit and if we had brought another couple with us, there would have been no where for them to sit comfortably.

The condo was spacious, clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The marina is close and convenient. The area is beautiful and travel was easy. The price was affordable for this type of lodging.

Marina was closed on Sunday but there were other marinas open.
