Location and staff were great!

The facility and rooms need to be updated. However it seems they're possibly beginning updates as the walls have white spots on them like pictures were removed and holes filled. It looked like they just didn't get them painted prior to our stay. We were in town for a short time for a family member's funeral so it was good for our needs.

The room was clean and the staff was excellent. Very friendly.

The website did not say , when I booked the room, that there were no more king bedrooms available. I paid for that, then put us in a room with two queen beds and also a smoking room. They were able too at least, give us a non smoking room. The website could be more updated on availability.

The woman that was working the desk went above and beyond for us so that we could extend our stay even though there were problems with the app through which we had booked our stay. The room was super clean. It was downstairs, as we had requested, and very convenient.

There were cigarette burns in the bedspread and blanket, and a faint smell of smoke.

Location was great. Right next to Walmart and in the middle of the city and highway. Pool was clean and well kept.

Breakfast was a little lacking. Not many cereal types. Waffle machine timer didn’t work. Basic and plain all around. The room smelled like marijuana.

Helpful and friendly staff, great showers, convenient location, clean pool, overall we had a great visit!

Limited breakfast that ends too early

It was just an over night stay. We had a late arrival but the staff member there was super nice, cheerful and helpful. The room was a bit dated but clean. All in all good deal.

Everything was good for my overnight there.

The carpet was dirty. My feet were black if I was barefoot . The room was clean! Need new comforters

The beautiful scenery

There was 1 very loud truck that seemed to just make circles around the area at night. Totally not the hotels fault!

Very clean, exactly where we needed to be to get on the Buffalo River the next day. Only about an hour away from where we put in. Great service, staff, and free breakfast. Great value, comy beds, quiet and safe. Everything we needed.

There is nothing we had complaints about. Was a great place to stay
