Very clean and very comfortable! Cute place with nice comfy furniture, spacious with microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Nice views, fire pit, and excellent location. Walk to the park, amphitheater, downtown and Walmart. Supplied with several towels, washcloths and giant coffee mugs! TV worked great, 24/7 laundry availability. The owners really care about their guests and were very thoughtful in their planning of the rooms and the park grounds. They have reminders about quiet hours, smoking etiquette, and respecting your neighbors. We were super happy that we could bring our well-behaved pets. We would definitely recommend! You won't be disappointed.

The property was immaculately clean and the decor was so inviting. There were so many "little" things that were unexpected but so welcomed and thoughtful. Loved the "kitchen" setup....supplying paper towels was so nice and the addition of French Vanilla creamer for my coffee was an unexpected surprise. Honestly, for the price, we did not expect half of the amenities that were supplied and we were pleasantly surprised that we were as close to town as we were.

Exceptionally clean and they had thought of everything we might need! Exchange of towels or supplies was simplified by just putting the blue basket out for prompt attention! We were in the upper level with the balcony facing east and the sunrise was spectacular! It was a pleasure to meet Shawna, Greg, and Steve in the office at check in. They’ve put their heart and soul into improving the property in the last 3 years!

There wasn’t a thing to improve on! It was a perfect place for us, in a perfect location for the Bluegrass Festival at the Ozark Folk Center!

Staff (Steven) was super-friendly and helpful, giving me restaurant recommendations and a list of events going on in Mountain View. Room was clean, bed was very soft, and the view from the balcony was exceptional. Overall, the park was peaceful. Since Mountain View is a small town, the park is close to everything but out away from the crowds. Easy access to the Ozark Folk Center.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. We always come to Mtn. View but this was our first time staying here. We will stay here every single time from now on. We LOVED everything about this cute little hotel. The location is right in the middle of everything but still off the beaten path. The room was so clean and had everything you could want or need for a weekend stay. The bed and pillows were amazing and we slept better than any other hotel we've stayed in. The view was gorgeous and everyone we encountered was super friendly. And most importantly, the price was unbeatable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Basically nothing. The ONLY criticism would be that the area around the toilet was fairly small. It was a bit cramped and uncomfortable but not that big of a deal.

The lady in the office was so welcoming and nice. She told us about things going on over the weekend and gave us a print out of local activities and visitor information. We loved our room! The view from our balcony was amazing! The picture online didn't do it justice and we were pleasantly surprised. Would definitely stay there again!

Arrived to the front door of the office a little unsure as did not see room units from the entrance however was pleasantly surprised to find an updated, upscale bed with lovely bathroom, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer. It was clean, well maintained with excellent upkeep!It had a back deck with 2 chairs and a table and a stunning view of yhe ozark mountains. Actually a gem of a find! So glad i picked this place!

The room was clean and clearly well kept.

A nice, family owned motel that met our needs for one over night stay. Older bed, furniture and utilities. The guy at the front desk was sloppy looking and I was uncomfortable checking in. After settling in for the night we were pleased with the bed and quiet time they established throughout the park. The town of Mountain View is small and there is no big name hotels, so we had limited choices of hotels/motels. I am glad that we chose this motel.

The guy who checked us in was a little unkept. I was uncomfortable checking in, thinking the establishment was going to be dirty. Older furniture and plumbing but it was adequate for what we needed....one night of rest.

There were plenty of people there but- it was still quiet at night! It's nice to visit a town where people know how to act right. The view was beautiful, the room was spotless and the bed was comfortable.

We stayed in the upper floor of the little 2 story building. Either the water pressure was awful or I couldn't get the right combo on the shower heads. Both were dribbling out water and no amount of fiddling with it gave enough pressure to rinse my hair.

I loved how cute the motel room was, the staff were also very nice and informative about activities that were going on within Mountain View

I don’t really have any complaints about the property, only a preference of a firmer mattress but that’s a personal preference, they were still really nice!
