Easy access. Comfortable bed. Shirley was quick to bring us more towels (only 1 set in room and we had 3 people). She also brought us a wastebasket as there wasn't one in room either.

Bathroom door dragged across stool. You had to lift stool seat to open bathroom door. Stool lid was EXTREMELY loose to sit on. Coffee pot didn't work. I wiped a dried out dead bug off wall in bathroom.

The house keepers are very hospitable the taller lady that was the receptionist beautiful personality very helpful...and Ms. Shirley Cooper, amazing people...and Mrs. Karen all were amazing and made mine and my boyfriend stay very pleasant...

Room was clean, bed was comfortable.

Shower drain was broken. Couldn't adjust showerhead due to water line not being connected to wall. And extremely low water pressure. Most of the continental breakfast was missing. Only thing available was dry cereal. No lids for coffee cups. So a little precarious trying to carry it to the room.

The pool was disgusting.

We came in late at night and the receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. We just needed a place to stay for the night for a funeral the following morning. It was exactly as we needed. It was in the middle of town close to everything.

The toilet flushes but not real good. also, the only button that worked on the remote was the GUIDE button.

Location okay. Didn’t see anything for breakfast

Only 3 outlets and one had too much plugged into it. Mold on the ceiling of the bathroom.

The staff was awesome, check in painless.

Place is dated, and overpriced,

Management is horrible she made up a reason not to rent to me she said something about food cup coloring or die in which we had orange and black cupcakes but they said there was something pink there we was there because there was a graduation that we were intending in town and I have my disabled mother with me but this is not the first time I've had problems with Karen management I pray God for her salvation
