The staff was great. Ms. Theresa was really a great representative for the hotel location. She's more than just checking in and checking out clerk. This woman is phenomenal and deserves 👏 a weekend with pay or lunch, or dinner. Ms. Amy is a sweet lady as well. To the hospitality staff, they were available when needed. And it's in a location where they have things available such as shopping etc

The doors wasn't disabled friendly. They need to be updated for those who needs that assistance. Updated things in the hotel would be a great plus.

Meeting Daniel! A month ago, he went above and beyond to help me fix my reservations prior to my trip. He managed to insure I could add and extra night and keep the same room so I would not have to clear the room and re-register at 3pm ( I had my 75 yr old mother with me) He remembered me! Excellent customer service!!!!!

AC unit was noisy and did not cool the room very well

The rooms were super clean. The staff was very friendly. The price was unbeatable! The location is convenient, and from what I heard from talking to locals, is in the safest area of town. I stayed there on the way to Tennessee from Texas and liked it so much I stayed there again on the way back to Texas and will stay again next time I'm in that area.

Breakfast cud b better but I was thankful to just have a little something in my stomach when I left.

It was 1:00 am when I arrived after a long day of driving. I can't remember the desk clerk's name, but she was the most gracious and sweet woman. When I shared why I was traveling, she knew what I was going through and offered prayers for me and my family. She was a Godsend!

No coffee maker in the room.

The woman at the front desk always has a smile and great customer service each time I come. Which is the same woman each time. I can't remember her name, but she works just about every day except Mondays, I think she said, and she wears glasses. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

I liked the location and the quietness. But I was concerned about a bug I saw on the sheets. I killed it but it wasn't bedbugs so I was ok. I think it was just a gnat. The staff was very nice and friendly and helpful.

I smelled Marijuana around the premises so I'm guessing a guest smoked before entering.

The staff was very pleasant. The breakfast was good n the oj , was great. The hotel was quite.

The pool was under construction or what not so that part sucked for the grand children. And the HEDGES...OH MY WHOLLY HANNAH, you CAN NOT see over or around or anything to be able to see when pulling out onto Market street. They are a danger.

It was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable.

A few surfaces had dried spills on them that hadn't been cleaned in our room. The biscuits at breakfast had mold on them and so did the container they were in. I reported to the front desk and she apologized and threw the biscuits out and replaced the biscuits and replaced the container immediately.

Everything was absolutely 💯 amazing the nice lady at the front desk when I checked in had incredible knowledge of the entire town and was able to guide me to where I needed to go the room was beyond expectations amazing

Breakfast left little to be desired. Most of the food was cold, had to heat it up in the microwave. Even the coffee. Not a huge selection
