The room was very clean and neat. The sweet lady that waited on us that evening was precious. Breakfast was amazing. Location was very convenient. Our room had everything we needed. Pillows were comfortable.

Wish we would have brought our noise machine. Around 4:00am the trash truck was beeping when it backed up and we had to wait a while for them to get the area businesses picked up. After that it was quiet. There was a smell around 10:ish that bothered us. It smelled like someone was cooking or frying fish. Smelt like the oil when it gets hot. Couldn't figure that smell out for nothing. just very weird.

staff was friendly and acknowledged me as soon as i walked thru the door. when i asked for a room away from the elevator and overlooking the parking lot so i could keep an eye on my car, they switched my room without hesitation. my room was very clean. i checked for bed bugs or any other sign of pests or uncleanliness in the bed and found none. the bed was comfortable. the hotel was quiet! i'm a light sleeper so quiet is always a huge issue to me. the lady overseeing the breakfast area was very nice and maintained the space well! she was on it!! i would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again myself.

the hotel itself is great, however the drive thru coffee joint in the parking lot was annoying because they were playing loud rap music. i almost didn't pull into the hotel because of it. it really detracts from the hotel and kind of gives the impression that it may be an unsafe area. perhaps the hotel mgmt could speak w/the coffee joint about the loud music? one of the curtains was a little wonky, because it was caught in the air coming out of the a/c unit. it looked to be a little off track, however, it didn't keep the curtain from closing. i simply tucked the curtain onto the ledge - problem solved.

We had a king and a full-size bed, which was really cool. Not the usual pull out couch you see in other hotels, nope. My family and I were really happy about that part. Our room was cleaned on a daily basis, without calling or chasing someone around to do so. Thank God they didn't come knocking at 7 in the morning, lol. Our cleaning lady came around 10 am. daily, which was perfect. It's a vacation, I dont wanna wake up at 7 because you wanna clean, nope. The woman was also friendly, nice, and polite. The staff are friendly and nice. There's a full kitchen with pots, plates, and everything you need, including a dining table set. There's also free parking, so that's a plus, and it's quite close to Hobby Airport. Overall, it's a nice place to stay.

The only thing I didn't enjoy was the breakfast. I wish they could have more varieties or change up the menu a bit instead of having the same thing every day. Not everyone likes waffles or wants them daily. The stove top is also very slow. It burns with little heat and goes off and on like an oven. Your food will take forever to cook.

We loved the breakfast! The egg and meat dishes varied by the day. We ate three breakfasts there. All food items were fresh and plentiful. The room was clean and comfortable and staff was friendly.

I personally have problems getting into beds that are high off the floor like they have. Also the mattress was not very comfortable. Friday night a group of young men decided to gather in the hall near our room and talk loudly, laugh, etc. They kept this up from around 10 p.m. until well after midnight. Someone knocked at our door without identifying themselves. We were there three nights and this happened only one night. Otherwise it was a quiet place to stay.

The breakfast was nice. Our beds were clean and comfortable. The staff was personable and welcoming.

The container shampoo and soap in the shower was not a hygienic idea in my opinion, putting a persons dirty hands where dirty hands of other people had been bothered me greatly. For the price of the room, throw in a couple dollars worth of the little bottles of shampoo and tiny soap. The breakfast was nice.. but, a little less packaged and processed food would be appreciated. Everything was highly salted or contained sugar..

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was okay, but Wild Sweet William bakery in town was amazing. They did have a nice Nescafe machine at breakfast. Plenty of pillows and space in the room.

Seemed a little odd to have the bathroom sink right by the door to the room. Towels were old and worn as well as the bath mat. Would like a couple of pillow types to choose from as there was only one type of pillow.

The breakfast was delicious and there was a great deal of variety! The location was fine, the staff was helpful, the room was comfortable for the most part.

We wanted decaf coffee and there was none with breakfast. The high bed was difficult to get into for me with a disability. I asked for a room near the elevator due to walking issues and we were quite away from the elevator.

The room was clean and everything worked properly. The breakfast had good food with a lot of choices. The pool area and water was clean and properly maintained. Staff was very friendly.

For my liking the bed was a little hard, but still slept well. While the location of the hotel was good as far as being close to lots of restaurants, it was back off the road and you had to go through some parking lots to get to it. Not an issue, but different. It did make it a little quieter since it wasn't right on the road.

Breakfast was great, and the lady attending was very gracious and helpful. The pool space was clean, besides black stains in the bottom of the pool itself. There were no towels provided poolside, we had to bring our own.

Our room smelled like stale sweat and old food upon entering, every time.

The pillows and bed was comfortable. The room was clean.

The breakfast was basic and below average. Not many options to choose from. While the pool was heated the room it was in was not. It was freezing. The views are terrible from the window. Hotel doesn't seem to like booking to locals.
