The property is conveniently located close to the Harding University campus on Race Ave. The property is also close to several restaurants and has partnerships with at least two restaurants for a discount if you show your room card. The room was nicely sized and clean. The lady at the front desk was friendly and kind.

The trend lately for unannounced or unadvertised security deposits upon check-in is annoying, but the lady at the front desk was friendly and patient as we tried to figure it out.

The staff was very friendly and they were in the process of repainting the entire facility. The breakfast was very nice as it had several options (you can even make your own fresh mini waffles!) While it was the off season and the pool was closed, it looked very nice as you can swim from indoor to outdoors. The pillows were fluffy and the television had at least a hundred channels. Very quiet rooms and hallways even with every room occupied.

No blow dryer in the bath. Orange juice was looked good but tasted watered down (rest of breakfast was excellent). The mattresses were okay, but could have been a bit firmer for my taste.

The staff were kind and attentive. The facilities were clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a good selection.

My non-smoking room smelled like smoke and I had to swap rooms. (Thankfully, the front desk made that right.) The lighting inside the room could use some work. The lamps they use don't provide much light.

It was conveniently located and the staff were exceptional!

The King size room we had, did not have a rack to hang any clothes. Quite a bit of the molding was coming off the walls, the hook on the back of the bathroom door was broken, and there was only one lamp by the bed (usually there are lamps or lights on both sides of the bed.

I like that breakfast wad ready and had several options to choose from.front desk ladies were very welcoming..rooms are nicely set up with a desk an up to date tvs.

That when ask for extra towels due to long hair an kids they acted like they didn't have enough. An had to get them out of dryer an sometimes never got them an had to use our swimming towels we brought from home for showers,also after 4 yrs in a row staying here the gym still is not open

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The hotel was in a good location for food and shopping.

I didn't like that the hot tub was closed because I specifically chose this hotel because it had a hot tub. The breakfast was OK but there were only apples for those that are vegetarian.

It's under construction wasn't aware until I arrived, the pool wasn't open, on the ad it had said it was under construction in 2018, update that plz. I assumed after 7 yrs it woulda been open.

Quite an easy check In. I just stayed one night for a birthday party and it was pleasant.

The room was extremely hot when we first arrived. We had to turn the air on and leave for awhile. The inside hallway smelt like corn.. but once we came back it was perfect!

The location is fine, in the middle of Searcy. Good for visiting your Harding student. Not sure what else there is to do in Searcy, we just visit our daughter while she's in school. This property is priced right for that.

The property is currently under renovation so I'm waiting to see those items completed, but due to the renovations, it was a bit of a trek to get to the room. The room was fine for me, but I'm not sure I'd take my whole family.

The breakfast was great! The room was quiet!

The mattresses were too large for the frame. When we sat on the side of the bed, you had to catch yourself from falling off. The lady that we checked out with was very slow.
