The manager was outstanding! Since I'm disabled and mobility challenged, He was extremely helpful in getting the bags from our SUV into the room. He also unloaded the cart in the room!! I really can't begin to explain how invaluable he truly is. I was extremely blessed by his willingness to help!!!

One issue which surfaced was the bed was soft and a rather lumpy. That in itself is not earth shattering, but just makes it very difficult to get a good night's sleep when you already have chronic spine issues, but I also understand that mattresses are not cheap and you have to be able to satisfy many people on a day in day out basis! I have slept on much worse! Thank you for asking for feedback!

I like the parking lot for commercial trucks 🚚 Ice 🧊 mashine on the floor, clean, quiet, swimming pool, early morning (6.00 a.m.) breakfast with tasty coffee ☕️ . Also, I like big screen TV 📺 with enormous channels. There's good working 💪 delivery pizza 🍕 Papa John (super tasty) for decent price, because of short distance to delivery 😋

Location was fine. Close to Harding University The breakfast was sparce, but the facility is under renovation so there was not many people staying there.

An outlet near the desk to plug in the coffee pot or a computer. Had to plug the coffee pot on the bedside table to have an outlet.

The location was easy to find and not out of the way. The room was clean and I LOVED that there wasn't carpet in the room! The pool and room were clean.

The waffles at breakfast tasted like the batter had soured, and the eggs appeared to have been sitting out for a while. There were no towels in the pool area as there are in most hotels.

Old school hotel with basic amenities Nothing fancy but very reasonable prices, extremely clean and staff are all friendly. Easy access off the highway, safe location and very comfortable bed. Passing through needed a place to crash for 6 hours then on the road again. Perfect hotel for this

The beds was very comfortable. Staff was really nice and friendly. Staff was really helpful when we had to get an extra room at the last minute.

The exhaust fan was making a very loud noise. The rooms really need to be updated and painted. The swimming pool was filled with bugs and the water was way to cold to swim. Not to much of a breakfast verity at all.

Very helpful staff. Accommodations were clean with all the amenities we needed. We were too tired to take advantage of the pool and fitness rooms because of our long drive in the rain, but it was a nice feature. The location is very convenient.

The friendly staff members, the clean room and feeling welcomed. The facility was in a great location where a person can rest after traveling and day adventures.

The ice maker was not working at the time of my visit.

Swimming pool kids said water was to cold not warm like usual and bed was hard and needed better pillows
