Location, staff, room very large, refrigerator larger than most hotels. The room was very well air-conditioned, and it was cooled before arrival (it was hot outside). Air conditioning worked perfectly all week. Refrigerator freezer nice size and freezes well, most hotels have tiny freezers that don't freeze properly..

The hotel management were very friendly . They gave me a quiet room that was very clean and felt safe. The price was phenomenal. It was really a very pleasant surprise. I had a great night's sleep.

The hotel was great but the only thing I didn't like was that the sizzler Restaurant across the street closed early and I couldn't get my 10% off that came with a nights stay at The Emerald.

Clean, friendly ,helpful. Quiet, nice location. Truck parking. Comfortable bed. Hot water. Driving a 26ft box truck, arriving at 1030 at night, no one complained, I was greeted with a smile and instructions for food. I'll be staying there every time I pass through.

The room was clean and very comfortable but it would have been very good to have a coffee machine with included coffee in the room especially as there is no coffee in the lobby in the morning. Also, in addition to shampoo it would be good to have hair condidtioner. Air conditioner worked very well and I had a lovely shower.

The location is good. The restaurant and General Dollar store near by. The room is big enough for 3 of us with luggage. I like that they have the space for us to put the stuff on. Have big mirror in side the toilet and outside is convenient. Have mini fridge and microwave in the room. No coffee maker in the room but there are Coffee at the reception area. overall we have a nice stay here.

Show drain is slow but it drained. Air conditioning a bit noisy but we still can sleep.

The price is awesome, rooms are huge, staff is amazing. Clean rooms, tv, hot water, feel very safe, best motel sleep I have ever gotten. Highly recommend. Sad to leave tomorrow. I'll be back.

Everything was awesome

Very clean and quiet. Management cooled the room before arrival. The facility seemed very .secure. Plentiful soap and towels

No coffee in the morning. It would be a nice addition .

Very close to the freeway. I usually stay 2 times a month traveling for work.

I was smoking at the edge of the sidewalk more than 15 ft from my room with my door closed. The manager came up to me(walked from the office over to me) asked my name, what room I was staying in. He told to make sure I'm not smoking in the room and he wanted me further away from my door. Which was closed, so I wouldn't make the room smell. Ummm, why do think I'm outside smoking away from my door. Needless to say, I felt scolded by the manager. Not happy. I will let him know.

Easy parking. Nice size rooms. Ac/heat worked great. Very quiet and cozy. Host's were super friendly and very accommodating.

Tv and appliance's worked marginal.

Way better than expected at an unbelievably good price. Good parking.
