Great location, very friendly staff, pool on site, AC works well and nearby ice machine. Water pressure in shower was great. Available restaurants nearby. Coffee available in lobby. Plenty of parking. Very quiet and clean. Microwave & good size fridge was a bonus! Price per night was a bit steep.

Homeless man walking on property talking to himself at night and was worried our vehicle might get broken into. The first room they checked us into smelled strongly of urine, but they put us in a better room, and we were happy. Trouble sleeping because the bed we slept on was not comfortable.

The breakfast at 7:30a was a packet of instant oatmeal and I was expecting a bit more like yogurt or hard boiled eggs. Pls offer real milk for the coffee. Can’t read the room thermostat controls in the dark. Had to turn on lights to set it.

Quiet, clean, easy to access, mellow. Comfortable bed and good smelling. Perfect for a night of rest while traveling

Worn out work chair arm, somewhat dated carpet and a bit worn furniture. Loud minifridge but no prob with earplugs. I didn’t know what to do with the key cards. Seems wasteful to not re-use these.

The rooms were clean and updated. There was even crown molding, good drapes and new shower/tub. The paint is in good shape and the bed was comfortable. This is a good place to stay.

The coffee was not good for me. I went down the street in the morning.

Clean room, was perfect for our quick stay and staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely worth the price as well.

Everything was great. Only reason for not giving it exceptional review was I don’t consider it a luxury hotel. Staff was exceptional though.

The room was quiet and comfortable. The staff happily provided extra coffee packets for our use. Cloverdale has a decent selection of tasty restaurants.

The mini freezer compartment didn't work in the mini fridge. The sign and driveway is kind of hard to see at night - a little sign, low to the ground, but driveway not well-defined and hard to see outline, especially with oncoming traffic, bikes, etc.

They had run out of coffee and muffins at 9:00 am and my key card was demagnetized when I went back to my room, but my wife let me back in the room. I was able to get coffee when I returned at 9:30 am.

Easy freeway access , good staff,, generally quiet , nice but a small breakfast bar, exteriors could use some cleaning, comfortable overall

Very very clean and cute! Good bath tub, excellent shower and excellent mattress. Very comfortable and nice.

Very thin curtains. The heavier curtains were only on the sides of the window, didn't close all the way. They looked nice, but it was too bright for sleeping. I suggesting taking a look at that! With better curtains, it would have been perfect! It was a great room though! I really enjoyed my stay!

The bathroom/shower was better than most with a curved curtain rod and great water pressure. Very convenient location and hotel set-up. Not a luxury resort, but a perfect place to stop if you’re on a long trip. Great little pool/spa.

The decor appeared to be quite old including the type of bedspreads that are not easily washed.
