This hotel's location is excellent for a traveler. The room was comfortable, clean and well appointed, although a lounge chair would have been appreciated. I can't say enough about how great the staff were.

Unfortunately, through no fault of the hotel, the power went out around 9:30 PM and stayed out all night. We left around 4 in the morning and much of the emergency lighting was no longer working so we had to move all our luggage from the third floor to our car using the stairs. Thank you staff member for assisting us as I am somewhat disabled and we couldn't have done it without his help.

We stop here about once a year on our way to Long Beach. The first room we were given (King Rm) had no lounge chair and the desk chair was broken (if you leaned back the chair back was broken and tripped you backward), went to front desk and asked for another room. The second room had chairs but the floor (carpet) near the heating/air unit was soaking wet and the room smelled like wet carpet. Again went to the front desk, Dwayne was so nice and apologized and gave us an up grade and helped us move our stuff. Dwayne was polite and professional he is a credit to your Hotel.

Convenient easy access for a one night stop while on the road off of I-5. Property was well maintained, bed was comfy and the room had modern conveniences, microwave, refrigerator, nice large TV, bathroom with all essentials and an easy to use thermostat. The pool and hot tub are closed for Winter months. But the breakfast had a nice selection of hot and cold dishes and was very tasty with plenty of choices. I am happy to have found a comfortable, midway stopping spot while traveling to the desert and break up the long drive. Staff was also courteous and friendly. I had my small dog and didn’t know they charged a $50 fee but given the decent room fee it wasn’t a deal breaker at all.

The hot tub was closed for Winter.

The breakfast was really quite good! Even the coffee! The room was very clean. The bed very comfy. The staff was very friendly. Quiet and safe. Easy access from the freeway. Convenient stop en route to LA or further south.

The pool area needs a little TLC. The spa was not working and the pool was both over chlorinated and the tiles were dirty. The freeway is very close to the hotel which is both a convenience and a disturbance. The rooms are soundproofed but the traffic noise still gets in.

This hotel was basically brand new when we stayed in August 2024. Very spacious bedrooms with bedroom and lounge areas (and two televisions) and nicely appointed bathrooms. We stayed as a family of seven and the hotel gave us two rooms right next door to each other. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool, even though is was a chilly evening when we were there..! We only stayed for one night to break up a long journey as part of a road trip around California and it was very comfortable, clean and excellent value for money. There are a handful of fast food restaurants nearby. Breakfast was great - help yourself to a selection of fresh food, with helpful staff on hand to assist. Highly recommended.

Nothing - convenient location next to the highway and great value for money to stay in this nicely appointed hotel.

Our favorite thing was being greeted on check in by a new employee named Carson who was warm and helpful even though he was still learning the ropes. He took time to talk with us about places to eat nearby.

It seems like a small thing but the pancake machine wasn't working at breakfast. The staff person in the room said she didn't have the code to turn it on, and she seemed unconcerned though there were several guests who'd been trying to figure it out.

I love how clean and how friendly the staff was.. The person who checked us in was so friendly and helpful and even at 2am took the time and brought us up a new tv remote as the one in the room wasn’t working. Breakfast staff were also super nice and friendly and helpful.. The rooms were very clean and modern and the beds were even comfy. For the price and just everything else it was just a great stay and definitely plan booking here again whenever we are out this way.

The staff and how clean the rooms were

This is a newer, very modern, clean, well-kept hotel. The staff were all helpful. While there's really nothing at Lebec, the hotel is just off the interstate, and a good midway stop between northern and southern CA. We've stayed here several times and always had good experiences. Good coffee.

The cinnamon rolls were dry and stale--my favorite part of a Holiday Inn breakfast, so that was disappointing, but otherwise a great breakfast with lots of choices and overall a great stay.

Whole property was spotless, Alana at the front desk was amazing and the FREE BREAKFAST was 1st Class…. Biscuits and gravy- Bacon and Sausage- Eggs and Cheese Omelets- Fresh Pancakes- 4 Cereals-Greek yogurt ( Blueberry and Strawberry- Bagels, Bread and Muffins. The rooms were perfect and the pool was clean. 6 Stars We will be back!!!!

Location just off the Interstate, we booked literally 30mins prior to arrival as it was getting dark and we were on a roadtrip. The laundry room was a godsend.

We had breakfast and did not like that disposable plates and cutlery were in use as this was not very green minded and ai expected more from Holiday Inn. The breakfast itself was not bad, decent choices available.
