Beautiful facilities. Clean everywhere except the back parking lot where there was food and trash (reported to the front desk). Room was modern, clean, and comfortable; it had everything we needed. Staff was pleasant upon registration. Breakfast was hearty and plentiful. Presentation was nice.

The price. We were told that the price was high because demand was high. We have always understood that price for a hotel room is pre-set. It shouldn't fluctuate with the quantity of rooms full/not. For a one-night stay in transit traveling from Southern California to Northern California $275 was excessive.

We love the location of this hotel, the accommodations as well as the free breakfast.

The only negative comment we have was when we arrived to check in, the woman at the counter seemed very uninterested in being there. To the point that she didn’t look up while I was standing right in front of her at the counter. She didn’t look up until I said hi.

The front entrance is very clean, staff were very friendly, the lady doing breakfast was happy, pillows and bed super comfy. Loved the location, breakfast good. Staff very helpful.

Heard toilet from public bathroom next door quit often very loud.

Breakfast was different, but ok. Yogurt was not refrigerated so was warm and not good. Would prefer scrambled eggs.

Did not like the pet charge of $75,00, much to expensive and probably will not stay there again because of that. Would like to, but that is a deal breaker. Typical at other hotels that are of equal quality the charge is $10 to $25, which I think is reasonable.

Proximity to mall, food, freeway. Breakfast included, rooms are very big, clean and updated, quiet. Text option to communicate with staff.

Needed more amenities like additional towels, vanity kit, offer streaming. Need a few more healthy breakfast options.

The facility was clean and refreshing. The location felt safe and convenient to local shops. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a great experience overall. I will book future business trip there.

I think brand new property. Clean. I love proximity to all the food stores. And perfect place to rest up after driving out of LA And loved the automatic window shades!!

What's not to like. Brand new hotel.

The woman that checked us into the hotel when we arrived was very unfriendly. I was greeted with "Give me your ID", then "Give me your credit card". She should be trained to give her guests a friendly greeting and say "Please" and "Thank you".

Great breakfast! Lobby and rooms were exceptionally clean, staff was great. We have stopped here a few times on road trips due to the location right off of I-5.

Room rates can be a little high and the pet fee was a little steep for us.

Jose checked me in at the front desk. He could not have been nicer or more professional. I traveled alone and he made me feel safe.
