The front desk staff welcomed me with a smile and had great people skills. The room was great, spacious and clean. The room included a separate living room and bedroom with a kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, stove, toaster, coffee maker, and kitchen necessities (plates, spoons, forks, cups, mugs, etc). Handicap Accessibility. The location is great and I felt safe. Relatives who are local say, I chose a great hotel. It's also where they would do a staycation and located in a safer part of town. I will stay here again when I visit relatives again.

The room was clean, the sofa pull out bed was comfortable for the kids. The kitchen was convenient to have. Most of the staff was friendly.

We were disappointed on the times for the weekend breakfast , it would have been nice to have them available at 5am vs 7am since we had to leave both Saturday and Sunday at 5:45 to arrive where we had to be. Unfortunately the pool was also very cold, this was disappointing to our kids.

This was a good stay on our way to the desert. It was priced right and the room was big. We did not use the small kitchen in our room but it was clean and well stocked. I have to say the breakfast was really good for an "American hotel free breakfast". Real eggs, decent sausage, real potatoes - none of that frozen stuff - plus a fruit salad made on site! Great value. Near CSU.

the location was brilliant for our stay in Bakersfield.

The constant smell of cannabis on our floor was insane from neighboring rooms. We had a few neighbors who left their doors open and their music cranked up. 🤷‍♀️ Overall for the 4 days of our stay it was a brilliant place to stay.

The hotel was great for a short stay as we drove from SF to Vegas. The room we had was more like an apartment with a full kitchen, and nice sized bedrooms and bathroom. Breakfast was typical American hotel breakfast, not too bad but not great either which is the same as any other hotel we stayed at in the US. The location was good, in a nice part of Bakersfield and quiet since it's in a business park type area so little traffic outside of work hours. It was easy to drive to nearby restaurants and supermarkets, and the price was good for the quality of the hotel.

Nothing in particular, the place was great for our overnight stay and would stay there again if we were to visit Bakersfield.

Ideal place to stay over night when moving from Vegas to the west coast. Good quality hotel with decent value for money ratio. We liked the room standards, wide breakfast options incl. nice breakfast facility and the pool area.

When booking the place for a number of people implying the need of expanded sofa I'd expect that a hotel of such a standard to have the sofa converted into the bed before we come. Needless to say that discoveing a broke expandable system (hotel stuff knew about before) and a need to move to the different room shouldn't happen.

Hotel was clean, staff were very friendly, free breakfast was great.

Someone on our floor had some stinky food. Instead of putting it in their trashcan in their room, they placed it on the table next to the elevator so everyone got to smell how bad it was. No problem on the hotel's part, just a customer on the same floor that didn't get whooped enough as a kid!

D'nett, front desk, arranged for an early check-in. She was also informative and friendly assisting us on 'things to do' and check-out. Erin set us up with a good room location.

Could have used a dual bathroom sink. Although the 'comp breakfast' staff was nice, they ran out of hot food twice.

Nice staff and reception. They have a decent complementary evening meal, along with wine and beer. Also have a great breakfast. Nice to arrive from road to that meal and a beverage. Great room, comfy beds.

Location is fine but mostly auto oriented.

The room was clean and well appointed. The staff was great and very accommodating. The breakfast was very good and offered a number of different options. If I'm ever in the Bakersfield area again I will certainly staff at this hotel again!
