The staff member that checked me in was very friendly and very helpful. She gave me the option of two rooms. As I checked out early in the morning, the new staff member was very friendly, as the time being 3:29Am, she was very nice and happy to help.

There is decorative string lights in the courtyard that stay on throughout the night. The blinds do not block all of the light. I woke up at 11:30pm and just about had a heart attack thinking that it was already daylight outside and I was late for my 4:00am work start time 😂😂😂 haha all jokes aside. This location gets a thumbs up in my book

Nice enclosed dog area. Convenient location if departing Bakersfield traveling north on I-5. Roomy, suite layout with couch which can be used for sleeping. Comfortable bed. Large bathroom. Hot breakfast.

Bed was a little too tall for me. I’m an average-sized woman, about 65-66 inches. Some noise from hallway and pool. Breakfast was pretty good, but no juice, no coffee lids, flimsy plates and lightweight plastic forks.

I really enjoyed my stay at this RAMADA hotel. The price conveniency mixed with the comfortable quiet rooms & the complimentary breakfast was perfect for the Thanksgiving holiday for myself & my family. Everytime I come visit Bakersfield I’ll definitely be coming back to this hotel.

There was a cockroack in bathtub. Although stuff immediatelly helped us to change rooms but we weren't offered any discounts or something. Parking area was sketchy but stuff helped us park in an area that was with video as we were loaded with stuff.

Rishi at Executive Inn is very professional and understanding! We had an issue with our booking (last minute) and he took care of us! We are very very happy with his professionalism and service! We will definitely book here again when we are in town!

The staff was so welcoming from the start, I felt invited and very welcomed as family would. Comfortable stay, made an upgrade and well worth it!

The decoration is always a great breath of air when we visit. Also it’s located perfectly for us.

The room was very clean. The bed was so comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay.

The bathtub drain was a little slow. Not a very good view from the room. I didn't like that an additional $100.00 was taken out of my bank card after I for the room.

Location, plenty of parking, front desk and housekeeping staff very nice

Breakfast staff not very courteous, and they did not put out needed replenishments on time. If you asked her for something she would either roll her eyes as though she was bothered by requests or she would not answer your questions and ignore you.

The room was dirty,and sticky floor,and a tremendous smell of chimicals,we thought was the smell of the cleaners,do we open the door to ventilate and blast the ac..but when we close the door didn't realized the smell was coming back and I woke up with a horrible headache well I find out that new floor where installed so that was the smell,I got a discount for the next time we stay there in wish will be 2 times next month,the place is awesome just the smell of chimicals,hope the smell is gone...ir not get a freshly remodel room.
