La Quinta always has full-comfort and full-service rooms, in my own terms. Everything you need on a road trip stay is always there. The rooms vary in design, yet they all seem to work the same for us. I am always comfortable, and always get a good night sleep at La Quinta.

At my last stay, this room (122) was not very clean. The bathroom was not bad, but the wall where the bathtub faucet is mounted is caved in. Someone requested a toilet seat riser apparently, but that should have been removed for the next guests. The counter tops in the room were mostly neglected, or very hastily wiped "clean". Lots of dirt on the carpet floor in the corners.

I appreciate how helpful & accommodating all the staff was to my special situation. Extremely great employees !!! The staff went out of their way to help my mother in a desperate time. Accommodating her with a room downstairs to help her with her disabilities & so much more. Very kind & caring staff.

The rooms are really big and clean and has a look as it’s a brand new hotel room. The air conditioner is performing great my room is so cold and it’s 115 degrees outside today. The floors are clean hard wood floors and have a designer look to them. It’s the best hotel to stay at for 66.00 dollars a night

There is nothing that I didn’t like

The Host was very helpful, his patients was flawless, he was very caring and even though he had nine other Guest "that needed to be checked in" He was very pleasant and continued to smile. He was easy to understand.

The bed coverings need to be changed, the bed spread had to large stains, the top and bottom sheet had stain, 2 of the 4 pillows were stain and dirty "I slept in a chair that I had to disinfect". Microwave did not work.

I really liked the cleanness of the room as well as the property itself. The front desk clerk was very nice. The only problem I'm having is I haven't heard from anyone on my 100 dollar deposit. I emailed one time and I did hear back on 7-10 business days. It's been long past that so I figured maybe it's just taking longer .

I don't like how long it's taking to get my deposit back.

The building is older so it's had repairs here and there, this is expected. The problem is that you can see every repair because they look horrible ! This gives the hotel a run down appearance. The staff were so nice and efficient that they made up for the terrible maintenance crew. Without the staff the rating might've been a 2.0.

Issues at first but once l spoke to their very concerning qualified Manager it was resolved. She explained things to me and l was comfortable. She was polite, Hady was very pleasant smiling.what a person want to see when they enter an establishment. She talks to you not at you. But there are a few that are very pleasant. But make your concerns known they will all accommodate you. Remember kindness begot kindness! But they were all good. The Food service Staff are Awesome so sweet and Kind!! Thank you Staff!

It was fine. The floor was dirty. Can tell it had not been mopped. Other than that perfect. Loitering around steps but that was quests fault. Maybe put signs around stairs stating no hanging around any stairwells. Or something to let them respect other guests who's rooms are there. Staff was nice. But l'm nice lol! Needed more towels. This is not a "luxury hotel", but it has everything one needs for a comfortable stay, and I mean everything! A very clean room, a fully loaded breakfast set-up, and very friendly people. I want to stay here even when I don't need to!

Quiet and felt safe there, good breakfast, good location. I had stayed there once before.

Lack of good towels. Guests complained about towels. I got 2 towels that were very small and old looking. My room had one towel that was on the floor and I went to the desk to get replacements and got 2 small towels.
