Great location. Friendly check in staff at front desk and breakfast Clean rooms

Staff bringing towels to the pool (we had to wait for quite some time) wasn’t friendly at all. She brought the towels, we thanked her and she didn’t say a word back. Later I saw her in the hallway, did another attempt of greeting her and she actively ignored me. Breakfast was of good quality except the coffee. Only filter coffee is included. If you want a cappuccino you have to pay extra. We paid 13$ + additional for breakfast because of this. You can only select one warm item or two cold items. I like the approach of not being wasteful. But proper coffee (especially if only one is included) is a must. It’s cheap to not include that for your guests

Lobby was well designed, clean and welcoming, comfortable. Great location close to most shops and restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable.

Room was faced to the highway and you could hear roadway noise. Windows didn’t isolate the noise. Heater didn’t work properly, didn’t keep the temperature at the same level, started cooling instead of heating. Bathroom interior and sanitary-ware were old made. Blankets weren’t warm enough for cold season.

Excellent location (off and back on Hwy 99), across the street from Costco (gas and supplies). Large, clean, quiet and well-appointed rooms, comfortable bed for great night's sleep. Amazing hot breakfast with made to order eggs and other items (generous portions). Espresso and beer/wine available in bistro bar. Really enjoyed our stay. Staff very friendly and professional.

The only thing we didn't like was the weather. Cold, dreary and rainy while we were there. They do have a beautiful pool which we'd like to enjoy the next time we're there.

Location was very good. I appreciated having food available at the bistro though the menu wasabis limited. Room was decent.

It was noisy. In the evening. I had a room by an outside entrance and people kept going in and out and going in and out of their rooms and the doors don’t seem to close quietly. The noise did die down later at night so I was able to sleep

Very comfortable stay in a central and easy to access location. The king bed room was roomy and cozy, with a nice couch and ottoman for relaxing. The room had a balcony too. The decor throughout the hotel was tasteful and inviting, particularly the carpeting choices which were noticeably pleasant. The lobby which included a cafe and sitting area was very nice, and the food at the cafe was really good with many healthy and practical options for guests opting to eat there or take it to go. All in all, a great stay and a great value!

The property was very clean. The staff was very, very nice and respectful and very accommodating when having to stay in Bakersfield this will be my GO-TOO!

The only thing I did not like is that it didn’t have a Jacuzzi but I could live with that. They had a very nice pool. The pool was Ice Cold because it was 102° outside so that was absolutely perfect.

I enjoyed the interior decor and furnishings. It was very elegant and modern. I appreciate the personalized greeting very much. The room was very spacious and comfortable, as well as clean and neatly organized. I also enjoyed the amenities. The bed was a dream, thank you.

There is nothing I didn't like about this hotel. I highly recommend it, and I would stay again.

Having never stayed in Bakersfield, we didn't know what to expect, but this hotel didn't disappoint. It was super clean and comfortable. The staff was great, the l9cation was very convenient, and the beds were so comfortable. We plan on staying in this hotel again on our next trip south.

Been here many times. The location is great and it's nice that they have a bar but the prices are a bit high. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The lobby is freezing and not comfortable to sit and have a drink. Marriott is not supplying bar soap anymore. They are being really cheap with the little amenities that you can now get in other hotels. Breakfast is expensive and not that great. We went to the Cracker Barrel which was a short drive from the hotel.

It is so clean! The staff were all so friendly. Lovely big room, super comfortable bed, big shower and nice quality toiletries. There is a little bistro on site and we had a very nice dinner and a beer in the evening. Very well equipped place with a laundry room, little shop and a pool. It was just the tonic after travelling for 2 weeks.

The toasted bagel for breakfast was rock hard! Can't fault the place otherwise.
