It was awful. No trash can, no pillows, no blanket, one towel, dirty crumbs on the bed, dead roaches in the bath tub. The clerk at the front was mean and overcharged me $7. More than my total on booking. Com. I believe he pocketed the extra. The lights didn't work. The bathroom sink faucet was broken and water went everywhere. The furniture was beat up with pen marks and cigarette burns from previous customer. Bed bugs, dirty sheets, unclean floor and broken toilet. There was a TV but no remote so no TV. No refrigerator as ad describes. No refrigerator, no coffee pot. No hand towels, no soap, torn curtain so people can see in. The motel had prostitutes everywhere and it freaked of drugs in the air. Drug dealers everywhere . One asked me. I was so disgusted. The maids stole my straightening iron $160.item.I got no sleep because of the fighting going on next door. I am just sick from the stay. I can't believe you call that a motel. It's more like a red light district. Disgusting.

Staff , motel , everything was a nightmare!

Arriving 15 minutes prior to closing breakfast service , I was satisfied with my options. I enjoyed cereal and muffins satisfying my morning hunger. I observed other guest enjoying the food, so I would say it was sufficient. I would suggest potentially adding a juice dispenser and waffle maker, which are quite inexpensive to boost your guest satisfaction scores.

First room assigned had an extremely loud air control unit and some missed areas of cleanliness, which had me ask for a different room. Room 134 I believe is the number had a very concerning issue with door key not working creating a safety issue. My suggestion would be replace card reader and handle ensuring room opens and locks correctly.

The people were nice and it was clean alot of homeless around digging in trash cans looking in windows and we were kinda upset because wife was sick and the. Girl at the desk couldn't understand my wife couldn't hardly walk she put us on the 3rd floor so we had a lot of problems getting my wife up there even with the elevator she has cancer and it's wrapped around her Colon she is in a lot of pain

We really like it there just wish they would consider what some one else maybe going through when they put them in a room

Breakfast is reasonable. Room service is excellent.

The sink really needs an upgrade. Staff clean every day, but the sink looks really yacky. The smell of the room is very unpleasant. We needed to buy air freshener because you really can't sleep with the smell. The carpet needs to be upgraded. I think it is where the bad smell comes from. Lamp shades are really in bad shape.

Room was very big and also quite clean. We booked it for a really cheap price so we did not expect anything amazing but it pleasantly surprised us. Breakfast was simple but enough, there were toast, apple juice, cereal and coffee.

The access cards did not work sometimes - both of them did not work for our first room, the staff kindly switched our room and for the second room, one card was working and the other wasn't

We always stay here when we are traveling in Central Valley. The property is clean and quiet. The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is better than most continental breakfasts, cereal, oatmeal, toast, fruit, danish, coffee, tea & juice. Bonus- lots of restaurants all around.

We stayed only one night because of the reviews we read. We learned on our first night it wasn't too bad. Yes rough area and homeless people but the staff took care of things just fine. I would stay again. I stayed 3 nights

Ground floor room that was close to parking. Close to restaurants.

Went for a swim at dusk and noticed many cockroaches around the pool. They were scurrying into the cracks in the cement around the pool. Was thankful there were none in the room itself, but believe me I checked very carefully!

Toilet water runs along, I've always thought the rooms have inadequate lighting. I require brighter lighting

The night clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room was a little dated, and the bedspread had holes in it, but the pillows were great. My room was large, comfortable, and very clean. The bathroom was huge. I had a dog and really appreciated the grass and trees in back. It's nice when a property isn't all concrete!
