Hotel is clean they keep the grounds nice and neat and the hotel staff is nice and accommodating.

Like I said people congregating in The parking lot who knows what was going on there. The water being shut off for 3 hours. Then being told that we can't come back we've been blackballed just for wanting to extend our stay and I was about 40 minutes late. They have a black composition book You know like the ones your kids used in high school and if you upset them make them mad or do anything that is against the rules anything they put your name in that book and you are now banished for the rest of your life. Real professional! And top it all off we were charged $23 for Wi-Fi and that was never disclosed in the beginning when I booked the room.

The staffs there were very helpful. We booked for 4 double bed studio rooms through booking.com but the hotel received request from booking.com for single queen bed studio. We drove for around 5 hours and wanted to just on the bed, it was 10pm and after a long discussion with Booking.com agent they couldn’t find any solution and asked us to find a new place where they’ll pay portion of the difference we have to pay in the next place. At last the hotel font desk Mike gave a solution is that they can add a roll away bed for extra $15 each room (which was refunded by Hotel manager in the next morning) and we took that, as we were all exhausted. The rooms were good and clean. That city was weird, was full of homeless people roaming around but I didn’t see any near the hotel. And they have security guards.

Wait to check in was a little long, breakfast was either a muffin or breakfast bar not much to choose from only coffee and hot chocolate was offered could have done better considering the price last extended stay I stayed at had a separate room for breakfast and offered a buffet breakfast but it was the area I'm guessing is why it was better but all and all it was OK hotel I would stay there again if I was in the area

The reservation stated "Breakfast Included". As with any other reservations I've made which included breakfast, it meant a full complimentary breakfast. The hotel only offered coffee, granola bars and muffins that I could see. Those are really just snacks and would not even be considered a "Continental" Breakfast.

The hotel offered a breakfast, but only provided snacks and coffee. There was no coffee machine in the room either. Many guests prefer to have coffee in their room without having to wait until a certain time for it, or have to leave their room to get it.

I couldn't find the breakfast, which is why we booked here. But the staff was amazing and super helpful so I am still super happy we stayed here! Rooms were clean and beds were comfy after our long days at the track.

Couldn't find the breakfast. The day we checked out I saw a sign that said complimentary breakfast, so my fault for not double-checking with the front desk staff.

The place was easy to find and had tons of restaurants in the area and fun places close! The room was clean and very spacious and the bed was soft and clean, the kitchen was bigger then expected and bathroom was fair but overall a good place to stay and for the prices❤️

My family and I have stayed here before and it is always clean from the lobby to the rooms. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. And pet friendly. Quiet, comfortable, clean I definitely recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, quiet and clean rooms, laundry on site. Great location lots of restaurants around the corner from the hotel and shopping.

I like that it’s easy to get to and they always have very good customer service and I love that. There’s a kitchen in the rooms.

The bathtub had chips in it. Like it was painted and the paint was chipped a little bit and I wanted to take a bath, but I didn’t because just didn’t feel it was clean.

Hotel staff is friendly. Did you have laundry on site which is nice. They are pet friendly that's another plus.

I didn't like how tight the parking was a times. I also did not like all the activity that was going on in the parking lot. Leaves 1 to wonder what is really going on at that hotel.

Always clean and excellent customer service

I kind of wish they were dishes in the room and that I didn’t have to get what I need at the front desk because sometimes I don’t realize what I need until I get to the room. But it’s nice there are dishes available at the front desk.
