We enjoyed our stay. Room had everything we needed and bathroom was clean as well

We were looking for a good breakfast but they didn’t have any thing available when we went there. No one at reception. After a while we came to know she was sitting with others having breakfast. Asked her so she brings out apples, milk for only one cereal conflacks and one pastry. I hope they do at least have bread, butter and jam and that will be just fine

I was in PRESSED with the friendliness of the desk clerk he asked if I was sure i didn't want stay another night I'm sure then he tells me I was one best guest he has encountered in along time

Can't says as if there was anything I didn't like 1 exception the towels aren't big enough

Breakfast wasn't much but the room itself are good. Room was clean, met expectations. Only downside to the room experience was that the cable box was mounted high on the wall, so when I first tried using the TV, i didnt see the box and the cable didn't seem to work. After about 10 minutes of being in the room I noticed the box and tried the TV again and it was fine.

Breakfast was extremely limited. The surrounding areas didnt seem that safe, but having grown up in bakersfield, it wasn't anything I am not used to.

I liked how close it was to the Fox theater

I didn’t enjoy having all the homeless people around. Every time you stepped out they were by your car or asking you right away for money. It should be closed off.

A great value with helpful staff. We loved that it is pet friendly (for a small fee).

The location of the hotel felt a little unsafe, but there was security and staff assured us that our car would be fine.

I was provided a room on the first floor (it's hard to go upstairs with a suitcase and no elevator). The person behind the desk was very polite and considerate. The room was very clean. I did need assistance with the TV, but that came quickly after calling the front desk.

Breakfast - a bit of cereal and the offering of prepackaged somethings isn't really breakfast.

A very welcoming, kind, caring and accommodative staff made it an almost perfect stay. Though we requested a smoking room by mistake the manager was kind enough to move us to a non-smoking one immediately. Housekeeping kept it clean and refreshing with air fresheners. When the toilet was blocked we were promptly moved to a different room. Gas stations, stores and restaurants within walking distance made it easier to get our day to day necessities. Located right next to a freeway and near the downtown, hopping on and off and going anywhere was a breeze. They even had the palm trees trimmed and the swimming pool cleaned everyday. All in all it was a rested, refreshing and relaxing stay.

Some of the transients at times walked to the room and requested something to eat or drink. Some even asked if they could take a shower. When the front desk was informed they sent the security immediately and took care of it. It would probably be helpful to secure the buildings with a coded gate.

Would have been nice to have some fruit and bagels for breakfast, we don’t eat pastries.

The room was nice and quiet, but it was a bit tired looking and the furniture was worn. I couldn’t get the TV to work, but no big deal.

Large comfortable room, nice bed coverings, good bed, great chair and foot stool, pleasant staff

Woken around 1.30am by people talking noisily nearby, also sound of car alarms going off

. The staff was great. The location was awesome. Right off the freeway. Food places easy access 😋.

Your pool was closed. I was very disappointed 😞 I picked this Travel lodge because it had a pool and it was open. But due to clipping your trees 🌳 😳 😑 🙄 your pool was closed. Very disappointed. Also your shower 🚿 curtain was about an inch and a half too short for the walk in shower. Over all the stay was very nice. Thank you so much for being here.
