I like the set up of the lobby and pool area. The counter people, bar tender, and cook were outstanding. All were very friendly, professional, and ready to help. The bar tender allowed me to sit in the bar area during dinner while I ate dinner, even though I was not drinking. He was as attentive to my Coke Zero as to everyone else’s drinks. I had the most delicious salmon and steamed vegetable dish I have ever had. It was incredible.

The layout of the floors. The elevator to get to the correct floor to go to the lobby was a forever distance from room 203. I was there after a hospital stay for a heart issue. It was such a long walk that I didn’t leave the room much because J didn’t have energy to continue on.

We booked this hotel as husband has been before and knew it did breakfast , Very disappointed that we paid for breakfast as was told when we arrived the kitchen would be closed and we would have grab bags instead we excepted as no other choice so came down at 7.30am to be told they had all gone but they knew we had paid for breakfast , the gentleman on the desk couldn’t of cared less said “ oh well sorry about that “ other family’s came down at the same time aswell to be told that very poor service

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect—close to everything I needed and easy to get around. The service was great. I stayed in a beautiful suite with a king bed, which was spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. The hotel also has a great pool—perfect for relaxing after a day out. delicious breakfast each. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-notch hospitality!

Staff were very nice, polite, and very busy, but very polite and humble. The sink in my room was a little bit stained and dirty but other than that very clean. The hotel had a little restaurant/bar. That was very clean. Very upkeep.

Sounded like a bearing was going on the bathroom exhaust fan. And having to hold the toilet handle for about 7 seconds to ensure it flushed properly was interesting to say the least

I appreciated that the location wasn't far from I-99, but far enough way to avoid the noise and rush of traffic. The front desk attendant was friendly and accommodating. When I asked at check-in for a handicapped room with two queen beds, she found one on the first floor and near where we parked.

Big rooms, decent fitness centre and pool, good breakfast. Friendly staff. Good pricing point.

It’s a large chain hotel so can feel a little corporate.

The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The bartender was excellent and had an array of specialty cocktails. The bed was super comfortable, and the price was reasonable.

People kept banging on others doors and other guest were being too loud. The front desk people weren’t the friendliest but got the job done.

There was no breakfast and we were told there was a gas leak. Also when I arrived there was no one at the desk and I had to wait for someone to come out to check in. Also there snacks and drink machines were empty apparently they didn’t get there delivery.
