The location was ideal for us as it was close to the gathering we were attending. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean the breakfast was great and the dining area was extremely clean. Great coffee was a plus.

Areas of opportunity are as follows: issues with the wi fi tv had pixel issues and the next day the tv only had sound. Also the bathroom had an empty body-wash was which we discovered only after we got in the shower 😖. The last two areas of improvement was there was no ice machine in the ice station and the hotel phone was dead so we could not call housekeeping or the front desk for help. As Mentioned they are renovating rooms but some of these annoying issues can be corrected to give guests a better experience. One thing I need to mention was the air conditioner made annoying noise all night. It sounded like a hamster running in the squeaky wheel for his life.

they ask for a deposit almost as much as the night that we spent there and it takes more than a week to get it back to credit card.

I was disappointed to see the excessive use of single-use plastic at the breakfast buffet. The amount of disposable utensils, plates and packaging was overwhelming and not in line with today's environmental concerns. I hope in the future the hotel can take steps to reduce waste and promote sustainability. Plastic remain plastics for all time. They do not break down to become something else as part of the natural food / waste cycle. They only break down into smaller micro plastics, which are now in our food, water. Micro plastics have even been found in our blood and placenta. It is of the utmost importance that all hotel’s do their bit to reduce their overall plastic use, especially for single-use items. Thanks.

This hotel provided the best overall experience out of the ten hotels I've stayed in over the last two weeks. The building was clean throughout, and the free breakfast offered lots of high-quality options. The customer service was good, and the room was equipped with a coffee machine, microwave, and fridge. The furnishings weren't too dated, and the hotel featured a pool and a basic 24-hour gym.

The air conditioner was quite loud, the internet speeds were average (less than 10 Mbps for both download and upload), the ice machine on our floor was out of order, and the parking was at a distance from the rooms (100-200 meters), though luggage trolleys were available. Additionally, the AT&T coverage in was poor in the area.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night as we were passing through but so glad we did. The free breakfast was very good, with a great selection. There is an amazing bar / restaurant close by, which was recommended by the hotel receptionist. A very cool place.

Nothing, everything was as expected.

We were there to see a loved one in a nearby medical facility. Location was great, bed was comfortable, wifi was good. The breakfast was good.

Reception was cool, didn't really feel welcomed. Only one set of towels for two guests. Could not figure out how to use the TV. Construction happening on floor above, could not sleep in after long drive and emotionally exhausting evening.

The room was clean and you cannot here the cars from inside. The breakfast offered several options, including warm and cold options. There is a lot of parking spots in the parking lot so no problem with parking.

The location is good if you want to get there fast from the freeway, however the area is not nice, specially at night. There is a big road just in front of the hotel.

Enormous rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Our daughter was very happy about the pancake making machine at breakfast!

We were a little bit unsure about the safety of leaving the car in the lot, but that is more a comment on the town in general than this hotel. The car park was brightly lit so that was a plus. There is a little bit of noise from the freeway in the rooms but not enough to disturb you.

Convenient to freeway, safe and clean, our favorite IHG to stay in when we travel through Bakersfield. Love the breakfast choices too! Must give kudos to Vanessa, because she was so thoughtful and brought a cart to us to load our bags. I am usually on a can or walker , so we sincerely appreciated Vanessa’s professionalism and kindness!!

No cookies or fruit the last two times!!

Breakfast had more variety than expected. What really stood out though was the accessibility. Most "accessible" rooms still don't have enough space to turn around, get past the bed in the chair, open the door without hitting yourself in the face, etc. This one was laid out very well and made my trip a lot easier.
