Really clean rooms, friendly service. For an area like Bakersfield, having the gate was great for peace of mind. Definitely coming back if I visit Bakersfield again.

Bakersfield by itself is not a pretty area, going outside can be overwhelming in a bad way. I had negative experiences with other super 8 in the same zone, but this one does compensate for the quality of the building. Although, the breakfast its pretty lackluster

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The manager was polite and kind.

Some of the people that stayed at the hotel were not that great of people.

The rooms were very clean, Staff was nice. The woman who checked us in was so friendly! Good gated business, I felt my vehicle and rooms were safe.

It's conveniently located near the fairgrounds as we were there for the concert, but the area is kinda sketchy. Not motels fault.

I liked the fact that the buildings were gated. It made me feel safe during my stay.

You could hear through the walls way too much. The neighbors were too much you can hear them talking playing music ALL NIGHT.

Nice clean facilities, freshly renovated. It is still a bit of a work in progress: no chair in the room, nowhere to hang a coat, but they are working on all of that. I reckon next time we'll score them a 10/10.
