Comfortable beds.

* Slow draining tub. Standing water ankle deep. * Wish that there was Shears for the Sliding Doors. So, you could pull the Shears across in the daytime & still enjoy the view in privacy. * Neighbors had TV loud from 1100P.M. to 0200A.M.. Thin walls. *Maintenance person was very loud & noisy. While he was emptying the larger Metal Trash cans & changing out the bag, at about 9p.m.. * Corners of the bathroom high & low needs cleaning. Looks like they are neglected regularly. * Hallway carpet needs replacing, very old & run down looking.

As we go in the room, we were met with a cockroach on the tv stand. It ran but we killed it

Clean facility, easy to find, ample parking, room was large and comfortable. Ice machine on every floor is a perk with a wheelchair! Breakfast was okay. Great bacon!

As a wheelchair user, the room door was too heavy. Inability to reach things at breakfast and no one to assist.

Couldn’t find ice maker. Tv didn’t tell how to use. Couldn’t tell what was on. I had to call my husband and ask him to look on our tv. Remote needed instructions. I made due, but I know people who wouldn’t figure it out. Long days of driving needed to relax

It was very clean, breakfast was delishous and plentiful. It began already at 6.30. Bed was very soft, shades closed completely. They even had an adapter I could borrow to charge my phone.

A pair of slipers to walk around the room would be nice.

Complimentary breakfast was good, very affordable for quality stay. Staff were accommodating with our requests

There was only one staff member scheduled to work when we arrived, so check-in was slow, and they couldn't bring up extra blankets when we requested due to lack of staff. Had to pick it up from the front desk. The person working was very apologetic, I guess it's a management issue

This hotel was clean, had a good breakfast offering, no smoke smell, functioning fridge, was very quiet and had very nice quality sheets. The staff was exceedingly friendly and helped with a thermostat issue, and let us know that lights were left on in our car. We would recommend this property based on our experience.

The gym and the room plus the breakfast was so convient for me will travel again with booking

Actually one of the receptionist was kinda rude but nothing big kinda smart remarks when you asked a question like it was a stupid question ,but other then that it was great

Property was clean and nice!!

I made the reservation for my husband and he got there at 3 in morning the lady attendant did not let them check in because the reservation was not under his name. it made very upset because they’re were so tired for working and this is the first time I hear this. I had made reservations before under my name for friends and family and no problem. The lady said that I needed to fix myself the issue, she was very nice but I was very worried, after going back and forth in Booking I finally was able to change the names. wow what a hassle.

Very close to a lot of amenities (food & gas). Overall appearance was neat, clean and well taken care of. Staff was nice, helpful, informative but not overly friendly which I always appreciate.

My room in particular the wall thermostat didn’t work had to use the one on the actual A/C unit. Hallways and other parts of the hotel were a little too warm for my liking.
