Security is good. Room was large with a full size refrigerator and a ceramic-top stove. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was adequate size with a good shower. We were on the ground floor which made it very convenient. Pets are welcome. We paid a deposit for our small dog. Deposit was returned. Rate was very reasonable.

This is an Extended Stay facility. If you are there for multiple days, there will be no maid service for 14 days. There is no breakfast , but there are restaurants and fast foods nearby. Front desk personnel where gone much of the time. A sign would be up stating the person was out doing laundry, or other duties. Sometimes difficult to get hold of them. Our room had a broken down venetian blind but no curtains. I was told there were no curtains in any of the rooms. Looks cheap without curtains.

Clean inside the room with friendly staff. Surrounding area was tranquil with a nearby gas station and multiple places to eat. Public laundry room inside the building.

There was stuff coming out of the tile floor near the entrance door of initial room but told staff and were able to accommodate us to change rooms. Also there was a funny smell in the halls.

Everyone on the staff was great all last week. But today when i went down to extend my stay the little guy with green hair was a butt. Too good to even look up and talk to me. Ill find another place after giving u my money for a week!!

I like the Size of the Room. Nice kitchenette and neat closet area. Clean bed, Nice resting chair on the side

Didnt have a Luggage stand to keep my luggage off the floor. Didnt have a Coffee Maker in the Room. Pillows are a little small, Missing facial towels

Great price safety is great location to a good variety of food places and close to Airport. Staff was very pleasant and very helpful. Laundry area very reasonably priced. Would stay again

The bed I got didn’t have good support, any movement shifted the bed and made a loud noise. It was a bit uncomfortable sometimes, wifi was also a bit hard to get into and had to call a support center.

This hotel is a good location, away from Bakersfield and its homeless problem. Nobody suspicious hanging around the area and my husband and I slept well, undisturbed. We had no issues finding parking and we actually secured parking right outside our room.

I have no complaints. My stay went well.

The location was great for what he needed to do. The staff was VERY friendly and professional. The room was decently cleaned when we checked in but it was obvious that parts of the bathroom were missed. The size of the room was great and a full size fridge helped a lot since we spent four days in Bakersfield. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Our stay with the High School Wrestling team was very booked and because of this the hotel had no vacancy left. Because of this many of the housekeeping services did not occur. We had to clean our room ourselves and sometimes new towels were not provided. This was tough since we stayed for four days. We took out our own trash since house keeping was doing the best they could. Overall it was a good hotel but daily towels would have made the trip so much better. The WIFI was horrible. I had to use my own phone as a hotspot to grade papers and check my email.

Huge thanks to the front desk! I left one of my airpods on bed. It is my fault. But the front desk helped a lot and now it is back!

Needs to pay for the Wifi. I have unlimited cellular data so it did not bother me.
