Terrific stuff, all very very friendly and welcoming. Wonderful breakfast, very clean accommodations and a very nice room

The Wi-Fi did connect but didn't give us any Wi-Fi connection, just blank screens when we tried to use the internet. I asked the front desk and the man behind the counter said he didn't have any idea and we would need to talk to some support person over the phone to try to get help. So we ended up turning off the Wi-Fi and just using our data plan. Also the TV was very nice and had great color and sound, but it froze up about every 5 minutes for several seconds and then resumed. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was wonderful but those two things were frustrating

Clean hotel other than the toilet seat but we asked them to come clean it and someone was there within 10 minutes. Staff were so nice and accomidating. Everything else was very clean. Pool was nice and clean. Temperature of water was nice. Gym nice and clean. Breakfast was great! Waffles, oatmeal, breakfast sandwiches, scrambled eggs and more.

I don't have any complaints other than the toilet seat being less than clean but it was promptly attended to and staff were very pleasant.

The place was nice. It was a great location for us because family lives close by. The morning breakfast was descent and the staff was nice.

I needed more pillows for sure. The doors are loud when shutting. I heard everyone’s. My room was cleaned but I did find a bottle of lotion on the ground by the bed that wasn’t mine. I’m just curious how that was missed by the cleaning crew, unless they didn’t clean like they were supposed to.

The location, and facilities are great. The staff is very friendly.

The breakfast variety is somehow limited. The breakfast stops being served at 9:00 am. The hotel needs to realize that a good portion of their guests are leisure travelers who would appreciate not having to wake up so early to enjoy breakfast!

The hotel was clean. Staff friendly.

The bed was WAY too hard. You should get pillow tops. It's probably one of the worst beds I've slept in. The breakfast was subpar at best. The eggs were cold and overdone. The sausage sandwich was also very dry. I was very disappointed.

The facilities, the room, and the staff are great!

The breakfast choices are lacking since not all of them are actually available until the end of the breakfast time allotment. Coffee not being available outside of breakfast time is puzzling.

I loved everything about this hotel. The location is excellent and quiet. Everything is clean and the staff are friendly. The outside amenities are amazing. Well worth the money.

Really, the only thing I didn't like were the pillows. They were too flat. Other than that, I have nothing to complain about.

Breakfast not well done,unappetizing and sometimes cold No toilet seat risers for elderly and/or disabled persons. People that don’t necessarily need disabled room but need help for the toilet seat. And, disabled rooms are not necessarily always available

Very friendly staff, clean

They had no water for their guests. Also we enjoy sugar with our coffee but they only allowed us to have 5 sugar packets only, 1 for each cup of coffee which we had 5 guests

Everything was clean and comfortable, the airco worked very week and we slept wonderfully. Easy access to the freeways, and friendly staff who made sure we were comfortable after our long drive.
