Lovely hotel in a gorgeous City. Friendly staff. Just a few minutes by car to downtown. We did our laundry in the locked guest laundry room. Everything went completely uncomplicated. 30 min. for washing, another 30 min. for drying. Got soap at the front desk. Continental Breakfast with Waffles and everything was good standard for America.

As Europeans, we would appreciate to get some vegetables at breakfast.

It was very clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets felt amazing. I was able to get a good nights rest. I enjoyed that I was able to use my Netflix on the tv as well.

The breakfast could have been better but for the most part it was ok. The coffee was strong which was actually surprising and a good thing.

We stayed at this hotel on our way to Yosemite (from Anaheim). Location was ideal for a stopover, the hotel accommodated my request for our rooms to be close to each other and they were clean and spacious. We had dinner at Hungry Hunter steakhouse which was a few minutes walk way so worked perfectly for us.

Be aware that the “standard king” room is quite small. And the bathroom is almost too small to get in and out of the shower without climbing on the toilet. The room was adequate, clean and usable, just small! Fine for one night, in & out.

The breakfast options were better than I expected they would be, and the coffee very good. I forgot my phone charger, and JC at the front desk loaned me one so that I could charge up my badly-drained phone. That made my day!

The bed could have been a bit softer.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was a short drive to downtown Bakersfield and the free breakfast was good.

The location is a bit rough. Being close to the highway is convenient but doesn't make for the best hotel setting. I found the heating and air system in the room a bit frustrating and noisy.

having to walk the entire length of the serving line for different sitems: eg the cream cheese had to be asked ofor after toastin my bagle It was stored in the refrigerator in the kitchen. host was greaciouos bur had to beasked forboutter and cream cheese

no fresh fruit, except apple or orange no berries or verity. not much to choose from with gluten free. no almond milk

i made the reservation with booking i guess, but i paid twice as much as if i had just walked in that day. rude and of course no one will say anything. unless i raise a stink about it that's not great customer service.

It’s always clean comfortable and close to family

When we took a shower on night of check in at like 9 pm the water was only warm. But the next day it was Hot. Never had this problem before.

Clean and quiet room. Big screen TV. Equiped with a roomy stand shower without a slippery tub. Bed is soft and comfortable. Breakfast is good with many choices (I like the oatmeal with so many different toppings).

There is only one switch for both light and fan in the restroom, the fan appears to cause some weird smell.
