I appreciated the parking lot. It was well lit, and the hotel was gated. The lobby door requires a key for entry. It was busy on New Years Eve, with lots of families and cute dogs! People were friendlier than I expected. My room was clean, and the bed was comfortable and clean. I love the convenience of the local restaurants. I wasn't aware this was a truck stop. No issues as I traveled alone. I appreciated the current pictures of the hotel online. I've had issues before with budget friendly hotels by Wyndham that post old pictures, and when you arrive, you want to cry.

People smoking Marijuana too close to the hotel. The party next to my room ended around 3:30 am.

I liked that it had a full size fridge, stove top, and microwave! We didn’t have an issue with parking, and there were plenty of stores and food close by. The price was very good for the space and everything that was included in the room. we liked that we were able to walk to the food marts down the street.

Had to wait in line minimum 25 minutes to check in, the room had a strong smell (not sure if it was some cleaning supplies or from previous renter) room was clean but it didn’t smell good at all. I opened the window to try and air out the room. We had issues with the restroom door closing correctly but other than that. We enjoyed the stay. Although the food places are close by, and we walked to the food mart down the street, it didn’t feel the safest. We encountered some unhoused individuals along the way which minded their own business for the most part. But we just weren’t prepared to pass right next to their small encampment while it was dark and hard to see enough to be confident of our safety.

I've actually stayed here before and it was actually in the same room so that was cool down the street from my family

The fact that my room really was not clean my floors were not clean there was substance that look like blood that was on the wall there was blood on the lampshade like a lot of it to the point where it was like how did you think you could hide that yeah it was quite disgusting my shower was not clean pretty much it well actually that it would kind of make you question was my whole room really clean were my sheets really clean 🤔🤨

This hotel is very clean I would recommend this little to 81 that is coming from out of town and needed a place to stay very friendly very kind so my favorite staff person was Amanda she was awesome

I like the Price and the kitchenette area. Has what I like and a good size Refrigerator. The Bed was Clean and Neat. This location is in East Bakersfield.

Didnt have a coffee maker in the Room. Maybe the shampoo bottle was a little smaller then what I am used to.

I like staying there always clean and nice staff I will always stay there when I get a room.

They don’t give change for the vending machines and the WiFi don’t work well at all every time I stay I can never find a good connection and could use more light

That you say you can check out between 5-11 am but that's not true. I had to be at work at 6 and I ask to check out at 5:30 am ànd I was told to come back at 9 because house keeping won't be able tell them I said I work 12 hours shifts I don't get off till 6:30 pm all an all I got it back and our stay was great 👍😁

The staff are all super helpful friendly and patient. And they offer weekly and Monthly rates. There is a nice little Bar/Cafe next door. And several places close by to eat or grab and go. Also shopping centers are very close.

The location area of town I personally wish it was closer to a bus stop for public transportation.

It was clean updated and easy check in and check out. Amd they are pet friendly! Love that we can find hotels that allow us to bring our pets along.

Clean, comfy, secure, staff friendly and helpful. Fast food close. Subway and 2 restaurants all in walking distance. Otherwise you need a car .

Air conditioners are noisy. But they all have been where ever we have stayed.
