The area around the property is a bit sketch…would not recommend walking around. Definitely get the parking. Instructions to get in are pretty complicated.

We stayed in Feb 25 and had an excellent time. Communication with StaysPro was really fast and clear. The apartment is really big and has fantastic facilities. Pretty much everything you might need for a week away, so most of it we didn't actually use but it was great to have the option. Cooking facilities were really good, it had a coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, huge fridge, washing drying and ironing facilities. We took the parking option which cost a little more (not much really though), but definitely well worth it as it looked as though the on street parking was in massive demand in the area, so finding a parking spot at night would have been tricky. The location was a little way from attractions, but easy to get around by car and everything within half an hour drive. The only slight downside I found was it is next to a fairly busy road, so there's a little traffic noise through the night. Overall though, it's a really modern and nice apartment that is excellent value for money.

This is a large size apartment in a good location to use as a base for visiting LA. On the edge of Koreatown, about 30 mins drive from downtown LA and 30 mins from the airport. It is well equipped and has everything you need for a short stay, with access to a roof area. We used Uber to get in and out of town, was very easy from the apartment’s location. The contact was quick to respond, access and egress was straightforward.

As mentioned in previous reviews there is some road noise. LA has issues with homelessness, drugs and loud vehicles just like most cities, but this should not stop you visiting them. The apartment is secure and well maintained.

The unit had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It was nice that it accommodated 2 families comfortably for our tournament weekend. The staff was responsive and helpful. As it was in DTLA, having a gated parking garage was a plus

It is on a very busy street and the noise throughout the night was hard for some of our lighter sleepers. We did have to get some basic cooking spices.

Very comfortable and well equipped. Particularly liked that there was tea, coffee, milk, sugar, & other food bits provided on arrival. Staff were very responsive. Good bus connections nearby as we didn’t have a car.

Took us ages to locate the key box for entry. It was at the bottom of the gate, whereas all the others were at the top! Our issue but the instructions could have mentioned this. Wi-Fi instructions were incorrect so had to find box and work out which was the correct username etc to use. No big deal and hopefully this is resolved now after I mentioned it to the staff. Area looks a bit grim but we didn’t feel unsafe.

Everything was very spacious especially when it came to our rooms. They had enough beds to accommodate each member of my family and more. The living room, kitchen, and bathrooms were very clean. My family had a lot of places they wanted to go too and so the location of the building was a very good spot. It was 15-30 minutes away from most of the major attractions such as the observatory, the Hollywood sign, museums and etc.

The pillows were kinda uncomfortable but to be honest that barely effective our stay.

The room was very clean with modern fixtures. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of linens and blankets for our stay. Staff was very nice and helpful and we felt secure when parking and in the building

My only complaint was not being able to adjust the thermostat and had to rely on opening the windows for air. I expressed my concern and never heard from anyone. Also the description says sound proof building but it was very loud and busy at night being that the building is on a busy street. The earplugs that are provided by the room helped a lot.

Nice washer and dryer, kitchen appliances, relatively clean, good value

No included free breakfast, location was loud from traffic, traffic made entering and exiting difficult, elevator broke down, lobby door difficult to open, no free parking, needed to park outside during the process of getting / leaving keys

The accommodations were exceptional…..Clean and bright and well appointed with everything, down to the disposable slippers and toothbrushes. It was a great value for the price.

Missing a cookie sheet for pizza, etc. toilet seats were loose.

This home was spacious, clean, and perfectly located for exploring Hollywood. I loved how easy it was to get around with everything just minutes away. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. A fantastic stay for anyone visiting LA.
