Dudes in the lobby very helpful and had a good communication. I arrived at the hotel 45 minutes before to check-in time and they had already prepared my room. The pool, the pool area, the rooms and the bathroom was clean and it as seen in the photos. As a sensitive person in cleaning, I liked the cleaning of rooms and bathrooms. There is a free parking lot for more than 15 cars which is a huge plus for hotels in LA. The location is nice if you have a car. Hotel close to Hollywood bl (aprox 10 min by car)

The AC unit was working loudly. Even when I didn't use AC, the AC external unit made very loud sounds because the guest on my room was using AC (probably depending on my AC unit). When I entered the room, there was a bad smell, but it disappeared after opening the window

The location of the hotel was very convenient — right by a public transport stop served by two major bus lines. Since we explored the city mostly by bus, we found the hotel to be at an equal distance from all the main attractions, which made getting around easy and efficient. There are no shops or restaurants nearby, and the hotel itself only offers vending machines and microwaves. However, the rooms are spacious, the beds are large and comfortable, and the price is very competitive for what you get. Overall, a solid choice for budget-conscious travelers looking for good value and connectivity.

Location down the street from koreatown and the wiltern which was ideal for our stay and activities. Will totally book again for the future. Parking was free which is always a plus and is in a better area did not worry too much about coming and going late at night! I travel to LA alot for concerts this was about only a 20 min drive to the bmo stadium and down the road from the wiltern I would say its also within and ideal distance to many other venues!

Rooms are a bit small but did not pose as an issue for me but might for others. Same with the parking structure it was a bit small but also no problem for me as I have a smaller car a big suv might be iffy. It is an older hotel but not a problem to me!

The hotel is in a good location by car. The famous Hollywood places are closed to (5-10 min) by car. The garage is easy, under the rooms on first floor (parking places are not to wide). The stuff is nice, the owner too (I met him by chance). The rooms are confortable, not too luxory but to stay in for nights is good enough. I used it in my L.A. trips, 3 times already.

The parking places are not to wild for big cars, if arrive in the late evening not to easy to find usable parking place. The rooms airconditioning coller drips onto the cars and sometimes onto the man's neck when step out from car.

Excellent location, within a short distance of Hollywood and DTLA. Helpful and friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean. Laundry service on site is very helpful! Free parking and security on site.

Onsite facilities were a little sparse, the room had a fridge freezer but that's about it. A few vending machines are located on the first floor by the pool for coffee and cold drinks. My main concern was that there was construction going on during the day and i wasn't made aware of this prior to arrival. Had I not been out of the hotel room most of the time this would have been an issue because of the excessive noise.

We stayed here overnight ahead of an appointment at the German consulate, so the location was perfect. Staff was really nice both in the late evening when we arrived and in the morning. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The free private parking garage was great. We will keep you in mind for next time!

As indicated in the booking, there is no breakfast at the hotel and no breakfast places in the direct vicinity. However, they did have a coffee machine with a lot of drink choices including decaf coffee and hot chocolate, and we planned ahead and brought our own breakfast food.

I’ve stayed here many times. Location is good for my needs. Nothing around that attracts homeless or street people. Great staff. Clean rooms.

This was a one time issue. We flew into LAX at 11pm so check in wasn’t until about 1am after getting a my rental car. It was 42 degrees and our rooms heater wasn’t working right. I set it at 80 degrees and still shivering in bed with the extra blanket. The next day we got our room changed and after that everything was as expected. Parking is tight but I knew that from previous stays

Clean room with extremely friendly staff. Free off street parking was a great addition. The area that the hotel was located was pretty safe, but we found if you stray a few blocks in either direction it became a little more rough. Just keep your wits about you!

Sometimes parking lot was full and you need to park on the street. We didn't use the pool, but some other guests did and something to note- if you stay there during the warmer months with regular pool use, it is pretty loud since the pool is located in the center of the hotel.

Fantastic staff so helpful, very clean motel, the rooms were made up every day, beds are firm and comfortable. Pool has lovely tepid water. Handy laundry, 1 washer and 1 drier $2.50 per load. Spacious rooms. The location was perfect for Hollywood attractions. Free parking, our 15 seater van fit into the motel car park at the rear easily. Street parking available (2 hour time limit during business hours). Fridge was handy to keep food/drinks cool. The aircon was fabulous and a great relief after a hot day out in Hollywood. The area was safe and secure. We were a family group of 15 including an infant, we booked 4 rooms and had the best time! We'll definitely stay here again.

The hotel has covered parking. The spots were good amounts, but might not be enough, if the hotel is fully occupied. We were lucky because most of people were there for baseball game left at the end of Sunday. The location is excellent. It is close to Korean town and only less than 3 miles from where we need to be. The staff were very helpful! They had luggage cart, which we could use to move everything in the car into the room with only one trip. We were told by friends that don’t leave anything in the car. The room was a good size for 3 of us. We enjoyed the stay.

The soap left my body dry, so as the shampoo. Next time I probably will bring my own thing. The air conditioner was very loud, so we couldn’t sleep when it was on. Luckily it was very cool at night, so we opened the window. However, in the middle of night, someone was coughing really bad outside of window, so my mom closed the window in case virus came in. Several hours later, I opened the window again because it was too warm. So, we didn’t get a good night sleep.
