Really nice, updated hotel. Kind of an odd location but convenient. They accommodated my request for a quiet room. The common area in the lobby is quite large and nicely decorated.

Didn't realize there was no breakfast included...my oversight...but wish they at least had coffee in the lobby. Since Starbucks operates part of the kitchen that's probably why. We had one breakfast there....pretty good. Pillows a bit on the firm side.

This was exactly what we needed toward the end of a hectic two week tour of California! The hotel staff were extremely helpful, and were quick to offer a room that was quiet and away from the freeway side. The room itself was small but well appointed, with the added feature of a couch and otterman - quite unexpected. The pool and gym looked good, but we were never able to find them unoccupied - they were clearly popular with children and teens. In the morning of our departure, we found we had a dead car battery. The staff were so nice - they rechecked us in to our room, and were supportive as we tried to get AAA out to help us. That extra bit of kindness from the reception staff was just what we needed at that moment. I've been staying in Marriott properties for years, and this just confirmed that I was making the right choice! The only downside - common to so many hotels now - was the inclusion of a TV that could only be operated by a rocket scientist. Honestly, couldn't they all just use cable, with a simple guide? Probably no longer available!

Breakfast was adequate. Good friendly wait staff. A little more selection would have been nice. The front desk clerks were accommodating and very friendly.

There was barely any water coming from the water faucet in the bathroom. With no glasses to use when brushing your teeth or washing your face, it made it a little difficult.

The staff was excellent. Angel at the check-in counter was helpful. The facility is nice. The room was okay.

$15 for a small, hard, microwaved breakfast burrito. Prepaid breakfast was a choice menu, not a Continental style. There was a large uncomfortable chair in my room. It blocked a wall socket.

My television said Hello Victoria + the TV is huge, the balcony the fire pit the indoor pool and hot tub the we’ll groomed lawn trees dining area lounge gym working ice machine makes this place a 5Star plus hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice and clean

Elevators didn’t work. I’m currently using a walker and the idea of using stairs was out of the question Staff was able to get us a room on the first floor.

The room was very clean and comfortable. I loved the eatery for breakfast. Excellent location. Very friendly staff.

The swimming pool was not clean and extremely hot in that area. Hard to enjoy and relax. Had to open door and sit outside.

I do a lot of business in merced and this hotel is by far the nicest,cleanest and frankly safest hotel in town

The lady at the information desk Emy was so great helpful and accommodating.

Location and a better coffee maxhine

It was very clean,room was a great size beds are great bathroom super clean !!! Love it
