Everything was comfortable as expected.

Staff member checking in issue especially not honoring Booking.com and reentering extra money that wasn’t refundable after confirmation from my bank card issuer that it was his error. especially responsibility to correctly refund overcharge. I decided not to stay 2 extra weeks while attending personal and family business Issac”. Earlier meeting with higher level supervisor and others informed. Daily charges were totally different from initial charge paid in advance from credit card via booking.com. Totally unacceptable and suspicious.

Above expectations! Everything was above our expectations! Perfect location, and we had a really large room with a fully equipped kitchen – amazing! The hotel also has a laundry room available, which is perfect for travelers across the USA. Coffee and tea were available all day in the lobby – a great touch! Breakfast was very tasty and definitely above expectations. The pool had slightly colder water, but overall still nice. We would be happy to return!

Everything was perfect!

Breakfast was good and the staff girl was great I just didn't get her name she was very helpful and keep station stocked and clean. you can walk to jib and ampm and close to my family's house. Bed and pillows comfy pool was clean.

My room was good my daughters room not so good the shower was clogged but they did come unclog it fairly quickly. She also had ants which they had to come in and spray , last day a mouse ran from under sofa to under the stove we let them know at check out. I would have liked them to offer my daughters a room change after they sprayed for the ants. No offer of discount of room.

Great little extended stay hotel. Room was ample and amazing. Gym needs a little work, but overall pretty decent. Peaceful. I would stay again

There was a smell of sewer in the area during evening hours. Carpet was as clean as it can get for carpet in hotels. Smelled like wet carpet. They should get rid of carpet in hotel room as a whole. Paint was peeling. Need to paint

The staff was excellent. They were professional, kind, and attentive. The lady who prepares breakfast makes sure to ask if everything is okay.

After the cleaning lady expressed fear of our dog, she reported to the front desk that we refused service. As a result, our room was not cleaned until several days later.

Found mugs,glasses are still dirty.I have to handwash it before using.Found an old used beer can under the sink,so that means housekeeping is not really checking and cleaning.The floor near the bathtub noted to have water seeping in.

Great room and facilities. It was just a passing stop. It wasn’t in a particularly convenient area if you wanted to go out for dinner. Despite being close to the freeway and me being a light sleeper, if was quiet.

Nothing. Usual great Marriott service.

They went the extra mile and left a card for my daughter in the room with her name on it saying 'Good Luck at Camp!'

Staff at breakfast watched people like vultures, I know they were there for assistance but it made it a little uncomfortable

It was nice that they had breakfast available during our stay. The bed was nice, shower had good pressure and the hot water was never in short supply. Fold out bed was a decent size. The staff was professional but friendly.

Carpet in our room was damaged. Fridge while great it was there was put in an awkward place so the door didn't open as far to work to the best advantage. Didn't have the right amount of silverware for our stay in room.

Good hotel. Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was great. Location of the hotel is near to highway, it’s comfortable if traveling and you need to stay for couple days. Nearby are some nice restaurants and shops.
