The suite was large and comfortable, with the bedroom in a separate room. The kitchen area and bathroom sink are combined, giving a large sink area. There's plenty of storage space. Frosty ice cream and coffee is always available at the desk. There's no breakfast per se, but OJ and mini-donuts can be delivered to the room in the morning. Murphys main street is minutes away by car, or it's possible to walk to it in 10-15 minutes. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

I wish the rooms included a safe, The property could be better maintained; a hinge on a cabinet door was broken and the sofa was soiled.

We was upset when Check in with staff. She ignored when she saw us standing up and said hello at front desk. We thought her ears had problem because we said "hello" 3 times, she didn't show up but she moved behind the door to continue folding bedsheets so i shouted "hello". That time she heard me. When i answered her questions, i noticed her ears normal because she heard with my soft voice. Can you ask her what happen? She didn't like we stay your hotel? She didn't welcome any customers? Doesn't she like her postion/job?

Hotel location is very convenient, close to the main street with a variety of restaurants and cute small stores. Our room was very clean and spacious with two queen size beds which had comfortable mattresses not too soft and not too hard. Pillows were good. Heater/AC unit worked good. Bathroom had a heat lamp which is rare and it was nice. There is an elevator, free parking and good wifi. The lady who checked us in was very helpful with suggestions for the restaurant choices for our dinner and breakfast.

This hotel is a retro style regards of decor and furnishings, and it is not a problem. Instead of breakfast they have complementary home made donuts with different flavors and orange juice.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and the hotel, including pool and hot tub were clean. Everything in the room was functioning and the room was quite large. While the decor was very dated, that doesn’t matter to us as long as the room is clean and everything works well.

The towels were very small and thin. I would have appreciated a bathrobe and slippers for visiting the pool or sauna. With 2 people sharing a room, I would have liked more drawers for our clothes.

No breakfast but they provide good donuts in morning (would rather have that than terrible continental breakfast) delivered to the door, easy parking lot, staff was very nice with recommendations for local spots. It is what you want from a lower budget location stop while traveling - clean, easy, didn't have any issues with noise.

Rooms are slightly dated with fewer electrical outlets and OK bedding, but it's what you should expect for this type of property.

The hotel is clean, from the reception area, hallways and rooms it is very well maintained. The staff has always been very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. The addition of doughnuts delivered to your room in the morning is always a treat.

I have always had a great experience. The pool and spa area has been closed since we started staying here, but considering the area and cold weather it was kind of expected. The only reason not for a fully excellent review is that we stay there a lot, a lot of weekends and there’s no return guest discounts. I mean we stay almost every other weekend because the hotel is located directly between where I work and my other half lives. We meet there just to be able to share a weekend together.

It has a very good, large queen suite with a bedroom separated from the living room by a door. This allows us to put the children to sleep and have a quiet dinner with my partner. The living room is spacious and has a TV, sofa, small table, and kitchenette. Convenient location.

Despite the comfort, it felt overpriced, especially given that some things in the room were a little bit worn out.

It was a nice tough that they deliver homemade donuts to your room for breakfast. The rooms are exactly as pictured, so you know what you're getting. The water pressure was great in the shower.

There weren't any USB ports for charging your devices, so make sure you bring your wall chargers! Also, they do not clean your room during your stay. So, make sure you ask for plenty of towels.

Very friendly staff, comfy beds, nice hot tub and sauna. The kids loved the fresh donuts and the soft serve. There was some nice attention to detail, like the door between the bedroom and living room didn't creak, so the kids didn't get woken up by it. The blackout shades were good and there was ample storage.

The toilet paper was very low quality and there were only 3 small-ish, thin towels provided for our family of 4, although they were happy to give us more. A full complimentary breakfast would also be nice.

We loved everything about our stay. The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was so spacious. The location of the hotel was great. Walkable to Main Street which is beautiful. Lots of shops and restaurants. It was quiet at times and lively and so fun in the evening.
